  I had been searching for an out-of-state property to invest in for a few months, but I was worried about not being able to view it in person and be close to it. After researching a few companies, I decided to give RTR a chance. The team at RTR was highly responsible and knowledgeable about the whole process. We closed the deal within 30 days, and the process was incredibly efficient. I received updates from the team every 24-48 hours, which was very reassuring. With RTR's help, I have made my first purchase and plan to buy more properties with them. Additionally, I now have a great property management team in place, so I don't have to think about this property. Thank you, RTR, for making this entire process seamless and stress-free.

  Tommy with Rent to Retirement was super responsive throughout the whole process. I had a lot of questions and he was quick to answer all of them. I definitely recommend Rent to Retirement and will continue to use them for future investment properties

  Tommy ***** at RTR was a pleasure to work with. This was our first investment property and my wife, and I had a lot of questions and concerns and Tommy was able to address all of them. From how to pick a property that is right for you to getting a mortgage, finding an insurance company, inspectors, and property management company. It all came together. Looking forward to working with Tommy and the team again.

  Zach, Scott, Adam, and the rest of the RTR team have all been fantastic people to work with. I'd been thinking about pulling the trigger on investing in real estate for some time and they were the ones who finally pushed me over the edge to get my RE investing journey started. The main selling point for me is the combined years of experience the team has and the incredible network they've established that you can take advantage of as a client. From my point of view, there's no better group to get started with real estate investing as immediate access to their network (builders, lenders, tax specialists, CPAs etc.) gives you a huge advantage. That kind of access automatically exposes you to unique investing opportunities, often with creative financing structures and exclusive discounts, that would be much more difficult to come by if you started on your own. Last spring, I took advantage of one such opportunity that involved 0% down financing on new construction properties and the team was extremely supportive of answering any questions I had along the way. And trust me, I had a lot of questions since it was my very first time purchasing any kind of real estate. I'd recommend anyone interested to watch/listen to the free resources they offer (there's a ton!). It should quickly become clear to you that RTR is passionate about what they do and that they care about the long-term success of each client. Thank you RTR!

  My wife and I worked with Tommy. It was our first dive into real estate investments. Naturally we had a lot of questions. Tommy was able to answer them all. Just closed on our first place last week, and plan to get more down the line. Easy to work with. The local team Tommy introduced us to is absolutely fantastic.

  Worked with Tommy at RTR for a while now and please to announce I just closed on my first rental! Tommy was very responsive, well educated, and provided excellent guidance throughout my journey. As a relativity new investor he was able to answer my many questions, help formulate a plan I was comfortable with, and set up a team to help execute. The entire process went very smoothly and I never felt any pressure to do anything I was uncomfortable with. From my experience, Tommy and the RTR team have a reliable, systematic, and proven process that generates success for both their company and clients. I plan to work with them again in the future!

  I worked with Zach and Adam from R2R. I've never invested before, and was looking for a more passive way to start investing. I realized investing in my own area wasn't financially lucrative, so I reached out to several turn-key companies. R2R was the one that instilled the most trust from the get-go. I felt comfortable working with Zach and Adam, never felt like I was being pushed to purchase. Our conversations, were mostly about identifying what my goals in REI were, identifying markets, creative financial solutions, and analyzing different potential properties. The process in purchasing a house can be overwhelming but they really helped guide me. It never felt like I was being a bother either, despite my numerous questions and concerns. I was able to find a property in FL, secure it a rent back guarantee for one year and free PM for one year. On top of that, a refrigerator was included in my rental. More than that though was the fact they were able to guide me along with the Academy information on the process. It felt relatively pain-free I would say. Sometimes you have to deal with builder issues and their side of the communication but R2R generally helped me with that process so I didn't have to worry as much. I look forward to continuing my REI with R2R. Thank you

  I heard about R2R on ****** ******* ad so thought I would try them out as I have been looking for easy/efficient/turnkey rental opportunities. I worked with Tommy at R2R who truly exceeded all of my expectations. Tommy reached out shortly after I requested a contact on the R2R website and scheduled a call to walk me through their process and capabilities. He patiently answered all of my questions and connected me with a lender and legal service to form LLC entity with experience structuring scalable RE portfolios for turnkey investors. What I have been most impressed with is Tommy's rapid, thoughtful responses and kindness in answering my incessant and admittedly sometimes naive questions throughout the entire purchasing process. I'm currently under contract on my first rental property and wouldn't change a thing about the process. I'm looking forward to continued acquisitions with Tommy and the R2R team!
