    more than expected. he is an amazing person, his knowledge and honesty is greater than great, and at the same time
    he has so much patients to answer and explain all of my questions. Would recommend him and the RTR team to
    everyone. Looking forward to work with him and the RTR team in the future.

    I've had a great experience working with Rent to Retirement ! I worked with Matt, and he has been extremely helpful throughout this process.     I discovered R2R through BiggerPockets back in 2020. Working with Lars ******* I just closed on my second property earlier this month and looking forward to my third. Working with the team Zach has built has been a great experience—he is the real deal. R2R has vetted relationships in place investors can leverage, making the entire process from buying to closing to rental management straightforward. The company also provides ongoing education on real estate, tax advantages, protecting your investments, and more. I highly recommend them to newbies and experienced investors.

    Matthew ******, Investment Strategist at RTR has provided exceptional support throughout my journey from searching for a rental property to closing the deal. His efficiency was remarkable, demonstrated by his prompt and concise responses. He understood my objectives well and made suggestions that perfectly matched my desires in terms of good value, favorable rates, and positive cash flow.
    Matthew also served as a reliable sounding board when situations arose during the home inspection. For my first property, the appraisal came in $25,000 lower than expected, which initially concerned me.
