  I recently closed on my first property with Rent To Retirement and overall had a good experience. They connected me with markets that aligned with my investment goals that would have taken a lot for me to find individually, and the process was made much easier by their network of preferred vendors and partners. I appreciate that they offer access to properties that are affordable in markets that still provide good potential. While the projected ROI on their website feels a bit optimistic, they still provide all the tools you need to make an informed decision—especially when you factor in future earnings after incentives and adjust for your own comfort level around vacancy and maintenance reserves. The buyer incentives like free property management for a year and seller credits are a nice bonus too and help make their deals even more attractive. I’d definitely work with them again in the future.

  I was looking to get into real estate investing. I took an online course with another well known company and came to the realization that real estate investing is not for me as it easily could become a full time job. That is when I stumbled upon RTR. I took their online course and have now purchased three turnkey properties through them. They provide the framework to make the purchases successfully by already vetting the properties, property managers, markets, loan companies, etc. Additionally, they are available to answer questions and help you through the entire process. That is exactly what I need since I can't imagine becoming an expert in real estate since I have other areas that I would like to focus on. I hope to continue to use them as I build out my investment portfolio and hopefully get enough passive income to be less stressed with having a job and ease into retirement.

  I recently worked with Rent To Retirement and had an outstanding experience. From day one, their team was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. As someone who had questions along the way, I really appreciated how they took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel rushed or like I was asking too much. Their communication was top-notch, and they were always available when I needed guidance.
  What impressed me most was how they positioned me for success. Rather than just facilitating a transaction, they took a genuine interest in helping me make smart investment decisions that aligned with my goals. Their market knowledge and investor-focused approach really showed, and I felt confident that I was making informed choices.
  The process of acquiring my investment property was exactly what they advertised - no surprises or disappointments. Their network of lenders, title agents, property managers, and other professionals was solid, which made the transition to ownership smooth.
  I would definitely work with Rent To Retirement again for future investments. If you're looking for a turnkey provider that actually cares about your success as an investor, I'd recommend giving them a look.

  I had a great experience working with RTR, especially with Matthew. From start to finish, they made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. Matthew and the team handled all the heavy lifting, which allowed me to focus on other things without worrying about the details. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had, and their responsiveness and professionalism really stood out.   I just finished purchasing my first property through RentToRetirement and the process was better than I expected. Melissa *******, my Investment Strategist, was present throughout the process and answered all my questions. She was always available via phone and email with prompt replies. As a new investor in this space with some trepidation about investing out of state, I found the service to be first class. RTR provides the data behind individual deals as well as analysis behind why they are in certain markets and I found this to be so helpful as an investor with a full-time job. I attended a free seminar put on by CEO Zach ******** and also signed up for the RentToRetirement Academy. I was attracted to his sincerity and transparency as well as his service to our country as a military veteran and have not been disappointed as I interact with the company and navigate the RTR Academy curriculum.   It is with great joy that I write this review. It is truly the least that I can do for this organization that has helped me achieve a life-long dream.
  I joined Rent to Retirement 5 weeks ago. I am humbled to say that I closed on a home yesterday, about 4 weeks into my journey. I am also under contract for my second home, scheduled to close in 2 weeks.
  My investment strategist, Melissa Justice is God sent. Truly, she is excellent at what she does and I could not have asked for a better investment strategist. After the first call with her, I did nothing because it felt overwhelming. My strategist reached out to me again after 2 weeks and I am glad that she did. I have had an awesome experience and I have leveraged Melissa’s help every step of the way. Her guidance is second to none.
  Right after my second call with my strategist, I attended a previously recorded RtoR webinar, which my strategist told me about. After that webinar, I signed up for the RtoR Academy. It was a step of Faith financially but I knew it was the right thing to do. I am glad I have the courses to listen to as time avails. They have been informative. Lastly, the partners / vendors that RtoR hand-picked for us are excellent as well, from the lender to the inspectors to Asset protection to property insurance.

  Using RTR rather than going solo has been a big blessing for me, especially with my lack of real estate experience. The 2 properties I have purchased through RTR have been much more passive, streamlined, and profitable compared to the property I purchased on my own. Also, the Academy training program is very detailed and lengthy. I've also used their preferred vendors and enjoyed the services they provided versus the vendors I used on my own.
