    I am being charged monthly. Have not been able to find a way to contact or go online and figure this out. This is a ridiculous amount of money a month to be charged for NOTHING and I can not figure it out!!!!

    Our records indicate this member canceled their account online on Feb. 2, 2023, and they have not been charged since Jan. 2, 2023. We called them on March 3, 2023, and again on March 6, 2023. They did not answer either call, and we left two voicemails. We texted them on the same dates, and did not get a response. We addressed their request.

    This company I called to cancel subscription 3 separate times. They just say they cancel then don't send confirmation email then charge card again. I called back and they did the same thing. 3rd time I called they canceled but refused to give me my money back though they charged me after I cancelled. They have thousands of reviews where they do this to every customer. I also noticed they have another company that does the exact same thing. Their site is not legit and they give false credit score numbers. The 2 companies I have a 50 point difference between the sites. This last time happened to me 2/28/23. I want my money back but they also are just a scam company. They solicit people to on ********** pretending to be loan officers and they ask you to buy the website and give them your score. That's illegal as well and the scammers are stealing your info that way as well.

    IdentityIQ services are not advertised or promoted on *********** Indeed, Zillow or similar sites that request credit information to verify employment or qualifying for a new rental agreement. If someone is enrolling in IdentityIQ services because they were told to do so for verification of employment, rental agreement qualification or something similar, it is potentially a scam. We spoke with this member over the phone on Mar. 1, 2023. After speaking with them, it appears they had two accounts: one with IdentityIQ, and one with MyScoreIQ. We addressed their request.

    As stated in so many complaints, this company has unscrupulous practices. I've called many time to cancel membership and every time I think it's canceled, here comes another month with another charge. Why is there a need to call the company to cancel? There is no need to call the company when signing up online so why not put a cancellation button when you want to leave? Most companies have this feature for the convenience of the customer.I was charged on 2/24/23 for the service that I thought was cancelled. I called on 2/28/23 to cancel once again. I was told that I was paid through until 3/22/23; however, if I was cancelling my membership today, I would no longer have access to the account. How is that possible? If I have prepaid, then why would I not be given what I paid for?When the customer service agent was asked this question, the answer I received was, "This is company policy." My answer, "IT'S FRAUD!" In order for me to keep what I've already paid for, I need to CALL BACK on 3/20/23 to cancel. It is the company's hope that you will FORGET to call back so that the cycle starts ALL OVER AGAIN. FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD.

    I am rejecting this response because: A returned called was placed several times to this business as recorded on my phone through screenshots. Once again, fraudulent statements. In these days and times, companies will definitely need to come up with new excuses because there is too much technology to blow your cover!

    However, as soon as the complaint was lodged, an immediate refund was given. Although I was initially told that this could not receive one, before contacting the Better Business Bureau of course.

    I recently called about getting an account taken off of collections from my credit report. I was told that I would be charged a one time fee of $1 to pull my credit report. i declined services and as of today, 02/27/2023, i have been charged $19.99 for a website called Identityiq.com. i never agreed to sign up for this service and i actually declined services over the phone. i would like a refund considering that i declined services. i would also like my subscription or account deleted from this website that i have never even been on.

    I called this number by mistake and asked to speak with an agent to settle my debt they ****** it would cost on dollar and would need to ask me security questions. I hung up. Then they called me back asking to finish the security questions and I stated no I read reviews and I do not authorize to be charged a membership. They stated I wouldnt be because I didnt finish signing up. Then today I was charged ***** for a membership that I was specifically told I wouldnt be charged. I called today and was hung up on after waiting for someone to answer after 15 minutes. I gave them an old account because I didnt want my information in it and transferred 5$ to it knowing they couldnt charge more. It went through for the ***** and overdrafted it

    I start an trial process on Feb 3, 2023 with an understanding of getting my credit report for $1 they charged and I also paid $9.99. with the understanding that if I canceled before February 23,2023 I would not be charged $29.99 as I understanding it. I did this transaction online and never saw I would be charged an additional $29.99 on Feb 11,2023. That makes no sense as I will agree to pay 3 payments In one month. I canceled this account before Feb 23 2023 and noticed today Feb 18th l was charged 3 times this month and not full service of a month. This is poor advertisement and very misleading. Why??? Would I agree to pay 3x in Feb and haven't used a month service. So I'm told my $29.99 will not be refunded because that's their policy. It's very misleading had I know I would have never used IDENTITYIQ services. It was very short term use a matter of a few days and charged me 3x in less than a month. I just used this service a few days and they charged my account as if I have no voice. They are supposed to be providing a service for people taking advantage of your personal information and here they are doing the same thing. I just would like a refund of $29.99 that was charged and taken from my card on Feb 11, 2023 MY account number was ************* which I canceled last week and now I dealing with this debacle of false billing.     This company is collecting ***** monthly for services I did not apply first. First I was told the charges were for my daughter and supposedly the subscription was canceled and it happened again it they gave my grandson name. My card had an ******* zip code that was not changed until this year in January, but there invoice has been showing Ca. Every time I call them and tell them this is not my subscription they keep charging my account and told me this time my grandson had to cancel. I dont understand how they were able to charge my account for a subscription I never applied for.

    I attempted to start an account in order for my husband and I to repair our credit. During initial registration I was overcharged it was supposed to be $1 and was charged $30. The problem was is that I was unable to access my report there was an enteral error. **************** had me try multiple times to try and set up account again each time having issues. My husbands account was also charged $30 vs $1. I was able to get refunds but they did not cancel the subscriptions per our request. I figured with the refund that it was canceled. Now I cant log into the account, the security question isnt one I chose, and only way to get customer service is to call. I am having trouble hearing over the phone and would like to request a reasonable accommodation that the company contact me via email vs phone. I would like my card refunded and my accounts closed.

In the case where a member is unable call for any reason such as this members mention of a disability, then we are accustom to having the member either email us at the email address found on the service agreement under Contacting IDIQ, which is ***************************************** or by using a communication service such as TTY or TDD. In all cases, we are more than willing to accommodate a member as needed.We addressed their request.

    This company requires a phone call to cancel their services. I have repeatedly called them to attempt to cancel but you can never reach customer service to do so. I have been charged (again) another $35.99 out of my account to pay for services I no longer need or want. I do not know how many other "customers" they are doing this to, but I want a refund AND my account canceled!
