1 starI started with the Vshred program in January 2023 with the custom meal plan and workout plan through the Vshred Accelerator Program. The coach was nice and did 2 Zoom calls with me during the initial 2 months. I did not receive a 3 month Zoom call and over the course of the 3 months I consistently voiced concerns that the meal plan wasn’t providing adequate calorics content and fuel for my lifestyle. Minimal to no weight changes or inches lost were noted. Despite my concerns that I continued being upfront with the coach regarding the meal plan for a very a very active individual with a meal plan caloric intake at or slightly below even my base BMR not including my average daily activity of between 20-35000 steps per day including manual labor (farming) and 5 days per week of intense exercise the calories were consistently cut and on my very active days I continued to feel worse. I didn’t follow the meal plan to the letter for these reasons. On the last week I followed the meal plan to the letter and felt absolutely exhausted, sore after every workout, not recovering, and very lethargic. Muscle weakness and decreased fitness (ie lifting less weight). I asked for a least a partial refund as the year of coaching/program access of greater than $2000, which was denied. There is limited customer support which is very hard to communicate with as there is only an email address. I would never recommend this program to someone wanting some general fitness and nutrition guide me who is already an active person. There seems to be a very strict formula the coaches follow that doesn’t personalize to the individual very much and the customer service is atrocious.Review fromJessica V

1 starWorst scam ever. The "meals" are NOTHING like described in the video which took forever to watch. They are beyond plain and there is nothing appealing about them whatsoever. Vshred markets its program as "eat what you want and no crazy workouts" but once you get sucked in, that's the exact opposite of their model. They say it's based on your body type, which is complete garbage. All the "quiz" does is determine how much weight you want to lose, and then basically suggests what you can get for FREE anywhere else; calorie deficit and exercise. And then there's the constant email spam for all the extra things you could waste your money on, and yet no response when I send an email.
I immediately realized my mistake when I opened the app and saw my "plan", and I've emailed multiple times in the past week with no response for a refund.
SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND LEARN FROM ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS. DONT DO IT.V Shred, LLC

1 starI signed up for what I thought would be a different program to help me. And it is anything but. Said I would receive a personalized meal plan...that is not true. Spent over an hour with multiple ads to purchase more products. The videos that we said to be easy to follow were anything but that. I have tired to reach out to speak with someone in customer service but never have spoke with anyone to this day. I have sent multiple emails only to get generic emails back stating that they received my request and will get in touch soon. That is also not the case. I have still never heard back about the refund I am requesting. They talk about how customer oriented they are but nothing could be further from the truth. I just want my $60.85 back that I paid like they also guaranteed. I have been trying to get a refund for over 2 weeks now.V Shred, LLC

1 starI purchased the Toned in 90 Days program, and after reviewing it decided to return it. It had been offered with a 30 day money back guarantee. I emailed the company on March 29, with several follow up emails, and have not received a refund yet. I had a confirmation email sent right after my first email, but I haven't received a reply to any of my other attempts to reach out. I have tried calling there support customer service line and it is a recording that says They are not taking support calls at this time. The purchase price was $57 and I would like them to refund the money as promised in their promotion.V Shred, LLC

Paid $60.85 for the Vshred for women...downloaded the app, and it only worked for a few days..then the "page could not be found" I tried relogging in, and it would not accept my password...I sent for a reset, (which took 3 times to do- something about an invalid link)
Finally got it reset, only to have thepage still not be found, tried chat, they said they were "working on it".
Later , page came up, but my pmt(order info) was deleted, and the womens fat loss extreme program that I was in , no longer said "resume"...it now said "Trial"
As if I had never paid for it!!!!!!
I requested a full refund by email , but have yet to hear back from them... probably another scam...
Irritating, as I thought the first 2 days of the circuit training were good, but not willing to pay AGAIN for something I Never got!!!V Shred, LLC

1 starThis is nothing but a scam. No customer service support so, I've emailed three times with no response. I've cancelled my program, but they just ignore my emails. They don't deliver what they talk about on the initial video and after only two days I realized it was all a scam, so I have zero faith in their program. 1 starThey do not offer customer support through the phone number that THEY provided with the order. I have reached out via email (the ONLY) way you can communicate with them.
They sent me an email the same day as my request email and stated they would reach out soon. 12 days later and my issue has not even been addressed. I feel I have given them ample time to respond to my inquiry even though they have a "large request volume". Since my email there has been yet another order created.
The reason I want to cancel and refund my unopened bottles is because the products made me psychically ill (very nauseous). I would be on the verge of vomiting. I expressed in the email that I started with 1 pill as advised. I thought it was all the dietary and supplement changes all at once so I started by eliminating the supplements first. I felt much better and a few days later I thought I would try them out again. Same result, nausea that lasted hours.
I called the customer service number provided to me by Vshred, the one that was followed by the statement "if you are at all dissasisfied with your order, please call ***-***-****", and have sent follow up emails, to no avail. I feel I have no choice but to reach out to the Better Business Bureau. VShred inundates my inbox with emails DAILY about products and services, but has yet to address my issue with my current and past orders and continues to take my money. I initially I did not have a problem with sending my request through email, but now that I have had no response and no other way to communicate with the company, I feel consumers are purposfully trapped and taken advantage of. I just want to send back my unopened bottles (even the ones that are still on thier way) and get a full refund. I feel its only right. 1 starI purchased VSHRED fat loss extreme for her for a total of 60.99 on February 17,2023. I am still very confused with the app and have not been able to utilize either. I tried to call vshred and the message states they are not taking calls by phone either email or chat. i emailed vshred to cancel the subscription on 3/13/23. 5 starsI bought the accelerator program with custom meal and workout plans and a trainer. It was a 3 month program. In the 3 months I lost 15 lbs (so far) and multiple inches (didn't measure, but clothes fit better and can see a difference in pictures) and I was able to reset my metabolism and start healing my adrenals.
My trainer, Felicia, was awesome. She was very motivating and receptive to my input on meals and workouts that fit my life. She took into consideration that I am a mom to small children and made my workouts and meal plan fit easily into my busy life. It really worked for me and was just what I needed to set me on the right track. I'm feeling great and much better than when I started. She also set me up with the supplements that would most benefit me . I feel like she was very honest with me and truly wanted to give me tips and tricks to help set me up for success. She was able to hold me accountable, push me when needed, and motivate me as I begin this journey back to health after having kids. I'm completely happy with what I paid for and feel like I got a bang for my buck. I also set up a Zoom with Felicia at the end of my 3 months to discuss my plan for the future. She gave me a plan that she thinks would be best for the next 6 months and also gave me a balanced meal plan that I can use to help me plan my meals and my macros as I continue on my own.
I really feel like this program set me up for success and I am ready to keep crushing it. I learned about macros, how to make healthy swaps, calorie intake, hormone balance, and workouts that would benefit me. I would highly recommend spending the money on yourself because if you stick to the program you will see results and you will learn how to make this a lifestyle that you can maintain.
