    This company should receive negative stars!!
    They are a total scam. Along with the previous comments, paid 1.00 to try to convert a pdf to jpg. It did not work. They then charged me, without my approval $39.95. When I realized this and tried to get a refund they refused as “in the terms and conditions” it states only refunds in first 24 hrs I did not read the terms as I had no intention of signing up for something that did not work for me.
    I also incurred other charges due to this trans action

    This company is a scam they hide the fact that they’re a subscription based company show you a price of about $1 and charge your card days later for $40 and they won’t refund.

    HORRIBLE. Should be a no star rating.
    I CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION THE SAME DAY AND I WAS CHARGED A WEEK LATER AND COMPANY WOULD NOT REFUND ME. HUGE SCAM. IF I KNEW IT WOULD BE THIS I WOULD HAVE PRINTED OUT A FREE BLANK FORM.

    I paid $1.95 to use a simple PDF tool and was then charged $39.95 on my credit card without my explicit consent. There was no clear warning about any subscription or additional costs but apparently small text stating you must cancel within 24 hrs to avoid the charge. Try emailing but got the runaround. Would not refund the charge. I guess it's buyer beware but a hell of a way to run a business.

    ZERO STAR RATING IS WHAT THEY SHOULD GET. UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES IS WHAT THEY DO BEST.I WAS TOLD THROUGH EMAIL THAT I WILL NOT BE CHARGED ANYMORE WHICH I HAVE PROOF! THEN COMES MONTH OF MAY AND ANOTHER CHARGE ON MY CARD? TO ME, THAT’S STRAIGHT OUT FRAUD. NOW, THEY’RE TAKING SO LONG TO RESPOND BUT WHEN IT COMES TO CHARGING YOUR CC THEY’RE FAST AS A LIGHTNING! DISHONEST & SHADY COMPANY….. B.E.W.A.R.E

    I've repeatedly requested a refund for an unauthorized charge. I have no idea who this company is. I have given them every email I can think of, promising to look into this matter. After more than four emails and a voice message, I'm being ghosted. I want my refund issued and to cease charging my card immediately. I am in the process of contacting BOA to share as fraud. I have emails from them, and I track emails as well. I've seen the number of opens without a response.
