    I have tried to cancel this company's services and I keep getting rebilled. Their website is terrible and I could not remove my credit card number. I then by error bought another package and cannot find a way to return the service. I want my account closed and a refund if I am unable to dispute the charges on m card.

    Be careful they are big cheaters I buy just one time photo compression facility just to reduce its weight of one photo. The payment was 1 after that they used my card details and took away ***** So I got only one picture compressed in 40.

    On July 2nd, 2025, I ordered and purchased a filled w4 form for .95 cents. I was later on July 9th 2025 charged ***** for a subscription. This is a very predatory practice. I sent and email and they immediately canceled my subscription without offering a refund. So I have now paid for a subscription I don't have access to with a refund. I am sure I am not the only. I want a full refund.

    I asked the business to refund a monthly payment for July 2025 of *****, after catching that I have been billed for the last 3 months incorrectly a fee of *****. I had only used the service one time for what I understood to be a one time charge of .95 cents. After catching the error this month, I asked them to refund just for the month of July, but per their policy (that does not support customers) they do no refunds. I have not used their services since the one-time charge and find it very reasonable that I only asked for the July refund. Now, after the hassle, I am seeking a full-refund for services not rendered and unclear policies on using their product once and then being charged monthly an exorbitant amount for the service they provide.

    On Jun 12 I need a W9 form and thus looked for a form online to fill up. At the end it requested me to pay $0.95 to thebestpdf.com for the pdf file generated, which I did. On Jun 15 I suddenly found on my bank account that besides $0.95 one time charge there was a charge of $39.95, monthly subscription fee from thebestpdf.com pending. I immediately looked for the customer service contact of the company. I called and wrote an email to the customer service of ****************** to request on refunding of the $39.95 charge and canceling the monthly subscription which I never did. They only replied that they would cancel the monthly subscription but continued placing the charge and completing the transaction on Jun 18 to charge me $39.95. I wrote a complaint and requested for refund of $39.95, but never received any reply ************* looked like a scam. Would you please help get my $39.95 back?     I bought a 7-day trial to translate a 58-page PDF from English to Vietnamese. I uploaded it numerous times, but each time the result was unchanged - it remained in English.Since this was the sole purpose of the purchase, I reached out to customer service requesting a refund and cancellation of my subscription because their service is faulty.I was instead told that it was a non refundable purchase. Their service is faulty at best or straight fraudulent at worst. The response given is a canned email that consistently states my account is closed with no refunds possible.I dont see why I should be denied a refund for a service they did not provide, despite it being what I implicitly signed up for.

    I signed up for a 7-day trial with **********, which appeared to be free or low-cost.
