I have recently noticed that there are 7 transactions in total dating back to June of 2025. June 24 2025 there was a charge for 95 cents. Then, on July 1, July 31, September 2, September 9, October 29, and November 28, there were charges for $39.95. This is a total of $240.65. I was defrauded by The Best PDF. Com. The company name is Gen *** Solutions **** In *********. After reading the other reviews it looks like if you use their service they will try and charge your card a few days later. My credit card company knew it was fraud and declined. Just to clarify, the offer you initially selected was part of a trial plan that is set to automatically continue as a regular subscription unless cancelled during the trial period. If it isnt cancelled before the end of that period, the system tries to renew using the original payment method. These conditions were clearly presented during the sign-up and payment steps.
That said, Ive checked your account and can confirm that the payment didnt go throughno funds were taken. Please be assured that you have not been charged.

The reason the transaction didnt go through is **************** has experience with the fraud your company has done in the past. Look at the complaints on the BBB site. I didnt approve anything and I didnt approve your to triple my account even if only for a few dollars. There is a reason the comments on your company all reference the fraud.

I had canceled the subscription and then I received a charge against my account. I emailed their customer service **** and they said they would take care of it. But then a few weeks later my account was charged again. Based on my most recent complaint to them, Bestpdf did refund my $39.95 in response to my complaint. I would consider this 'case closed' but I am going to wait another few weeks to ensure that no further charges occur. On October 31 2025, while processing some documents online, TheBestPDF popped up on my screen to offer a one-time pdf editing service for $0.95, without any further commitment. On the 29th of October I paid for a online service from "thebestpdf" to convert an image to text using OCR. I got a weeks access to their service for 1.95, which was all I needed. I was also charged 0.88 twice, I don't know for what.On the 5th of October without any previous notification I got charged ***** for a monthly subscription to their service, something I have definitely not willingly signed up for and a price that is way beyond anything I would consider for the type of service they offer.When I noticed the charge on the 5th of October, I wrote their customer service to ask for a refund, but they instead tried to offer me a years subscription for the same price. On 11/8/25 I logged into my online banking account and noticed a pending charge of $39.95 on my account and was immediately alarmed as I did not recognize the charge. That got me looking through my transactions to see if there was anything else I didn't recognize to which I found this company had been taking $39.95 from me every month dating back to 10/2024. I never signed up for this service nor have I ever done business with this company in the past so I instantly called my bank, reported the charges are fraud, cancelled my card and requested they send me a new one. The bank stated that given the overall amount that was charged ($560) over the last year, I would need to recover that directly from the merchant. At which point, I found their website and contacted them via email asking to recover my money that was clearly stolen from me through identity theft. Through a string of emails back and fourth with them they agreed to issue a refund of $160 (4 payments worth), however that is not good enough. You stole $560 from me over the last year without my permission and I want every ***** of it back. If you are restricted by the banks on how much you can refund back to my account, then process the remaining manually and issue me a check. I do no care how its done, but again I did not sign up for or use your service and I want all of my money back before I pursue legal action and take this to small claims court.Business Response
