I asked the business to refund a monthly payment for July 2025 of *****, after catching that I have been billed for the last 3 months incorrectly a fee of *****. I had only used the service one time for what I understood to be a one time charge of .95 cents. After catching the error this month, I asked them to refund just for the month of July, but per their policy (that does not support customers) they do no refunds. I have not used their services since the one-time charge and find it very reasonable that I only asked for the July refund. I bought a 7-day trial to translate a 58-page PDF from English to Vietnamese. I uploaded it numerous times, but each time the result was unchanged - it remained in English.Since this was the sole purpose of the purchase, I reached out to customer service requesting a refund and cancellation of my subscription because their service is faulty.I was instead told that it was a non refundable purchase.
