    This is a scam company. If you call the CS number it states that first of all its likely a scam. Secondly, the Customer Service is unprofessional and condescending. The cancelation process is quick but you'd better be quick as the trial signup is for a recurring $49.99 subscription that is not disclosed with transparency at the beginning. Definitely this is a dubious business tactic IMO, verging on bait and switch. CONSUMER BEWARE.

    Hello my name is Darnita ****** and for the past three months I have been getting charged a fee of $49.99 for services I do not want. I have closed out three debit cards to try and stop the charges, however each month I am getting the same charge from pdfguru.com for services that I do not want or need. I need these charges to stop immediately.My bank, Chase bank have tried to intersect and declined these charges however pdfguru.com goes immediately after Chase bank and puts in another charge of $49.99. I can’t not continue canceling my debt cards. This is a major inconvenience for me and bad business and fairs against pdfguru.com trying to force me into paying for a membership I do not want. Please cancel my membership and stop trying to
    Charge me a fee of $49.99.
    This truly has been an horrible experience!

    PDF guru charged my second email and started a new account a day after I canceled my account with a different email . I was charged 49.99 for something I did not sign up for .

    DO NOT fall for the "easy" download. Once they have your credit card # they will charge you for a full subscription without ANY approval. SCAM!!!

    DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! I needed to download a NDA and had to go through pdfguru. They charged me a very small amount and unbeknownst to me they then kept charging - twice - each time for $49.99 less than two weeks apart. Then they wanted to charge me another $14 for cancelling!!!!!

    This website is a scam! They say you can sign up for a one time use account for seven days for $1.99, then they charge you without notice a week later that you'll be charged $49.99 for a one year subscription a week later! I disputed the transaction with my payment processor & they wouldn't give me a refund, claiming the company did nothing wrong! I emailed the company and they won't issue a refund either. I read reviews too late that they scam people this way all the time and that people who've used their credit cards with this company's website suddenly have unauthorized charges appear on their accounts! Do not use their service! Very dishonest and definitely not customer service friendly

    Shady unethical company. You use their business for a $.99 purchase and you are unknowingly billed a service fee of $49.99
    that you are completely unaware of. They will not refund your money for their dishonest way of scamming you out of a monthly service fee that you are completely unaware of. This company should be shut down permanently. They are fraudulent. Don’t ever use them.
