    I engaged with Boardsi on the premise that they would provide a platform to search and find board seats and advisory seats and market myself as a viable candidate for such seats. It was purported to me that the team would update my profile, allow me to update my own profile, search and filter opportunities and also help send opportunities to me. At no point in time has any of this happened (my profile was wrought with error and I have been unable to edit it and apply for any opportunities as a result) and during this entire process the platform has been broken, unavailable, or has not had any of the features I was told it would have. During this time I was charged $590 and have not had any of the features, access or opportunity to use the service because the profile that was setup for me was wrought with error, I was not able to edit it because the platform has had a "known developer issue" for the entirety of my time using it and at no point did anyone contact me to curate any opportunities to me.

    Boardsi offers individuals a service. The service uses your professional background to identify potential board positions for you. They tell you about the opportunities, and then you follow up directly with the companies seeking the new board member.Since my membership was opened in February, until today, I am unaware of any serious leads for board positions presented to me by Boardsi.I can accept that Boardsi does not guarantee that you will be successful in being appointed to a board position. However, it is Boardsi's duty to send me potential opportunities each month. From my perspective, Boardsi has done close to nothing in my case, I feel that Boardsi needs to screen its potential customers and offer membership only to those for whom they know have a reasonable probability of finding potential board opportunities. I feel that they did not do what they said they'd do for USD 785, and therefore need to refund the entire amount. I paid.

    I have become increasingly convinced that boardsi.com is a scam. I signed up for their service three months ago, and I have seen nothing from them during this time. I have contacted them monthly to complain that I havent heard anything from them, and each time they have assured me that they are hard at work and that I will see results. Thats it. That is all that I have received for $980. Just assurances that something will happen. No this has ever shown up in my customer portal, and no communication of any kind has been initiated by them after getting me to subscribe to their service.

    They told me they would send me the login information shortly. 5 days later I still dont have it. I decided to do some research on the company. Similar stories where the company treated people in the same manner. I am not going to go down the same road.

    Wow - long on promises and no delivery. I grilled them on content and companies and successful engagements and everything was decent. Ive applied for 7 board positions in my field of expertise and not one has reviewed after 30 days. Boardsi hasnt reviewed. I demanded a consultant telephone call. Scheduled for 3 hours ago after waiting a week for availability. $600 so far and nothing to show for it. Ill be reviewing on as many sites as I can and recovering my $ if I can through my CC company

    Boardsi is a scam. The sell a bill of goods about how they will tailor your listing and market you to their partners. I spending a week pulling together a marketing plan for them, complete with copy and direction.They scrapped my LinkedIn, never read what I sent, did not make a single change after resending the documentation. I was told it was on me to make the changes, through them of course as you cannot access anything. I entered this process in good faith, but I have been met with bad faith at nearly every turn. There's absolutely nothing to their marketing 'service' at least not from what I've seen. They'll take all your work and money, and provide nothing meaningful in return.

While we have gotten very good reviews on our board docs there are some instances where a client may need a revision or two depending on their wants/needs on the profile. Since you were only on the platform for a few months you did not truly get the full Boardsi experience. This is why we always set expectations with clients prior to coming on board. While the backend team is very efficient in getting your background in front of different companies, landing a board role is not an overnight process and average traction time on the platform is typically 3-6 months.     Total Scam. They charged my card $1175 since last October and will not stop. They lie and state they have Board Seats and do nothing for them. They are scamming good hardworking people to keep this fake idea floating. Read this...**********************************************************************************

If you read that article it clearly states that we are not associated with those companies in any sense.     I paid BoardSi $395 for on-boarding and for a business profile. I found another opportunity and cancelled this process before submitting anything about my profile, my CV, and other requested information. I then requested, at minimum, a partial refund of the money and they refused to ***** me any such reimbursement. I never utilized any of their services, and was "on-boarded" for less than 5 calendar days before requesting cancellation with refund. They were adamant that I was not entitled to any type of refund, even though I never completed the on-boarding process. I would encourage those who have interest to proceed with caution, as they are more concerned with keeping your money, than making satisfied customers.

    In late November, I had an introductory call with boardsi and was told that I would be a good match for a board positions. I had someone calling me and spending a few mins with me on the phone taking note to set my profile but my profile is a straight copy paste from my resume. I paid $395 in November for boardsi to copy paste my resume online and I have not been matched with anything and have not heard from boardi since then. They are happy to charge me but provide zero service for the monthly fees. The website is clunky, there is no way to filter or search by matches (I believe its designed that way on purpose to keep it difficult to get to an answer and realize that this is a scam), and there is no ability to cancel for ****************** Since then I have been charged $195/month. I never heard from my customer success manager" and when looking at the board positions supposedly available, I can see that nothing seems to be a match while I was sold on the fact that my profile would have a lot of opportunities. I was sold on the fact that they would take care of the match and they are obviously not doing anything to help me. For these reasons, I am requesting a cancellation of the service and a full refund of the original fees of $395 + the 2 months that I paid of $195 each for a total of $785. The company promises a lot and delivers nothing.
