- Your initial charge will be the $200 nonrefundable set up fee and your first months membership of $195 for a total of $395. Your $195 monthly membership will renew on the same date of enrollment each month going forward. You may cancel your membership at any time by e-mailing [email protected] at least three (3) business calendar days prior to the next Membership Renewal Date. No refunds will be issued for the month in which the cancellation occurs or any previous month.
