      My complaint is the same as all the other complaints. I recently retired as an Executive from ******* Business and was hoping to join some boards. They were very responsive in signing me up in December and taking my money, but their portal does not do what it says it does and I have had zero opportunities arise from applying to 8 opportunities. I am a serial Entrepreneur that has started and sold 3 companies, my last company was sold to *******. There's no way that if these board opportunities were actually real and active that one or more of these companies wouldn't at least interview me for the position. Again, the only way to see progress is from their portal and that shows that all my board applications are still pending. When I inquire with support, they say there is a bug on the portal that's being fixed and that they can see that my applications were received by these companies, even though I see no proof of that. I'm not one to file complaints, but if you look at the reviews, you'll see my complaint is the norm, not the exception. This is clearly a scam and I don't believe that these board opportunities are real. It's possible a small fraction of them are so that they can "validate" to the BBB, but if you look at the profiles, they are way too short as if somebody mass entered them. At this point, I'm hoping they stop charging my cc and return the money they've taken from me.

Average traction time on the platform takes anywhere between 3-6 months, which is why we always like to set expectations prior to bringing any client onboard.       Total Scam. They charged my card $1175 since last October and will not stop. They lie and state they have Board Seats and do nothing for them.       I paid BoardSi $395 for on-boarding and for a business profile. I found another opportunity and cancelled this process before submitting anything about my profile, my CV, and other requested information. I then requested, at minimum, a partial refund of the money and they refused to ***** me any such reimbursement. I never utilized any of their services, and was "on-boarded" for less than 5 calendar days before requesting cancellation with refund. They were adamant that I was not entitled to any type of refund, even though I never completed the on-boarding process. I would encourage those who have interest to proceed with caution, as they are more concerned with keeping your money, than making satisfied customers.

      In late November, I had an introductory call with boardsi and was told that I would be a good match for a board positions. I had someone calling me and spending a few mins with me on the phone taking note to set my profile but my profile is a straight copy paste from my resume. I paid $395 in November for boardsi to copy paste my resume online and I have not been matched with anything and have not heard from boardi since then. They are happy to charge me but provide zero service for the monthly fees. The website is clunky, there is no way to filter or search by matches (I believe its designed that way on purpose to keep it difficult to get to an answer and realize that this is a scam), and there is no ability to cancel for ****************** Since then I have been charged $195/month. I never heard from my customer success manager" and when looking at the board positions supposedly available, I can see that nothing seems to be a match while I was sold on the fact that my profile would have a lot of opportunities. I was sold on the fact that they would take care of the match and they are obviously not doing anything to help me. For these reasons, I am requesting a cancellation of the service and a full refund of the original fees of $395 + the 2 months that I paid of $195 each for a total of $785. The company promises a lot and delivers nothing.

      Boardsi is a complete scam, falsifying what they offer from the start of the onboarding process. Upon signing up ($200+$195 first month), on 1/10/24, I was unable to get a onboarding call until 1/24. (14 days without any activity) Access to the site was given on 1/31, almost 20 days later as I was about to be charged yet again! During this time, I was told a unique profile was being built, leveraging answers I had provided from a 20-minute dialog, yet none of that information is editable or provided in my profile anywhere. They simply used my resume to recreate a profile. I was told during the onboarding call that within weeks I would have interviews setup, I have received no inquiries and the ability to search for board positions is nearly impossible. I was also told there were many board positions that fit my level and categories. Absolutely not true. The app is far from user friendly. Not at all what you would expect for a $195 monthly service. Second, the positions posted are not unique to Boardsi and they are not the headhunter/board recruiting company they make themselves out to be. Upon canceling, it is now taking another 7 days until I speak with someone. I will be seeking a full refund if I actually speak to someone as they suggest. Will also be sharing my negative review with ****************** and elsewhere.

      I was contacted by a sales representative of Boardsi and charged $395 on Jan 31, ****. On 2/2, I had an onboarding call where a representative asked me some questions about my qualifications to act on a board of directors and I sent in a resume. On 2/9 I was given access to the platform. The 'profile' the company created for me was a poorly formatted copy-paste from my resume, parts of the website did not work, and the opportunity listings appeared to be copied from various job boards, some of which were not even for board positions. I have emailed Boardsi twice to request a refund of the full amount and to cancel my subscription, but have received not received a refund or confirmation of cancellation. It appears several others have had similar experiences with Boardsi on BBB and there are many articles on the internet indicating this company is a scam.

      Boardsi contacted me to advertise their services of finding board positions. November 7, 2023 I paid $195.00 to initiate their services which consisted of them drafting a profile from my Linked IN page and finding me a board position. They then charge your credit card $49 a month for their services. I have to prompt them several times before I received the profile, after finally receiving the profile they never contacted me again. Once they get you signed up they just take your money as their annuity stream.

      Boardsi called me telling me they had well paying board of director positions. It all sounded good and I was told I was such a great candidate.. I was pressured to pay a membership fee plus the first month. I agreed only to discover several notices of this being a fraud. I have written ***************************** the man who called me within 24 hours to cancel.I also wrote their CEO ***************************** asking to cancel.All within 24 hours. I am so disappointed and feel violated. If you ****** Boardsi there are numerous fraud and scam reports.*******************

Once we reopened during our normal business hours on Monday 2/5/24 we immediately called and emailed you to assist with your request.       I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received from Boardsi and to request a full refund On November, 2023, I enrolled in your service with the understanding that Boardsi specializes in matching executives with suitable board positions. For this personalized service, I was charged $395. However, my experience since then has been deeply disappointing and not at all aligned with the promises made.To begin with, access to the service portal was delayed until January , ****, I was charged an additional $195 before even having the opportunity to fully utilize the service. This was unexpected and added to my concerns.Upon accessing the portal, I was dismayed to find that the information presented was merely a replication of my LinkedIn profile, offering no value or indication of personalized service. This was contrary to the claims made about the effort and resources supposedly invested in my profile. Also some of the companies they have in their portal are fake companies or with the wrong information.Given the lack of any tangible service or benefit, I contacted your team to cancel my membership. They responded they were busy at the moment and they could not cancel me subcription at the moment that I should call later Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of the original $980. This request is made in light of the fact that the service promised was not delivered within the stipulated 90-day period, and the overall experience was unsatisfactory and not as advertised.I hope Boardsi takes this feedback seriously and addresses these concerns promptly. I look forward to your response and a resolution to this matter.

We went back through your file and saw that you were sent login credentials within the first week of completing onboarding. We have received lots of great feedback about our board doc on the platform, but there are cases where one may need an edit or two depending on our clients needs. All companies on the platform are genuine opportunities and we utilize the information that these companies have given us. As you can imagine, landing a board seat is not an overnight process and does take some traction time which is why we always set expectations prior to a client coming on board and working with us.  We had our representative reach out to you directly on the same day you called in and will consider this matter closed.
