    Boardsi reached out to me in February 2025. We scheduled a call. The representative, **** ******, promised me that given my experience, being on the board of a company that IPO'd, I would immediately have several offers from the companies that they serve. He said positions paid anywhere between $20K to $100K/year. I signed up in May, and they charged my card before anything happened, before any service was provided. I was 'interviewed' by ****** *******. The output of that interview was unprofessional, with run-on sentences, improper punctuation, etc. I didn't hear anything from Boardsi after that, so I tried to log into their system to see any indication of status. I saw only 3 companies seeking board members, but there was no way for me to contact them or apply for a board position. I contacted the Boardsi support, and I was told it was a bug in the system that I was able to see any of the companies at all, and that I would have to trust them to position me to the companies. They said they reached out to 11 companies on my behalf and hadn't heard back, and I would just have to wait. There is no transparency in this process, and no results, despite some pretty significant promises they made up front. All evidence points to Boardsi being a scam.

    I was contacted several times by Boardsi via ******** with an invitation to help me find a Board position. During the initial call in Dec., I was assured a large percentage of their applicants successfully land Board positions and many get several positions. I asked about the need for people w/ my skillset before I signed up, they assured me they worked with a number of clients from my niche and in fact they needed more like me. I have not received a single inquiry from 1 of their clients. One client of interest from the Opportunities list I applied for had been out of business for 4 months! Looking at this clients location on the list, I suspect many were beyond dusty. Voicing concern, I was assured they were working in my behalf and had submitted me to >40 unnamed clients, several were currently evaluating my information. My next update in March, as I was not a happy camper, it was agreed they would not bill me for April. I was told they had again sent my credentials to many unspecified clients and were still waiting results. Fast forward to May 5 and still nothing. I was told that a number of unnamed clients were still evaluating my suitability so they would "pause" my membership which would allow me to monitor the status of these unknown submissions. Now at the end of June and still nothing! During this ordeal, Boardsi had many issues with their software which made editing, updating and getting the promised profiles into a presentable finished product...they still look like a work in progress. I also noticed there were very few of the promised Board positions available. Most roles are for Advisors which pay much less. To top it off, as a member, I have been contacted 5 times by Boardsi via ******** and they are looking for candidates just like me for Board positions they currently need to fill. Thankfully, because of the concern I voiced to Boardsi during this waste, I am only out $785, which I would back, but I am assuming this will be written off as bad debt.

Average traction time on the platform is 3-6 months. It is important to keep in mind these are the averages and in some instances it can happen sooner than that time frame and in other instances it can be longer than that time frame.     I have repeatedly asked Boardsi to cancel my subscription. I don't recall ever using this subscription AND I've been in active cancer treatment for the last 2 years. They continue to post charges against my credit card. I keep thinking that they will stop billing me and I'll get a credit but it never comes. I'm too sick to fight this but I also think they are not ethically managing my request to stop my account I'd just like them to credit me back to the last time I logged into whatever account I have. (Other businesses have done this when they realized I've had cancer surgery, radiation and a two year battle for my life. )I'm not being too fussy but they know I want to stop my account and I can't get them to stop it.

    Boardsi **** keep reaching out to me asking me for money. They are promising me thousands of dollars earned from finding a seat on a board but they make no guarantees I will get a seat on a boards. They demand $300 up front, a monthly fee around $150 and I must use my credit card. They keep asking for my full ssn and are really pushy. When I say I'm not interested, the **** become extremely rude.

    I was invited to a call with Boardsi via ******** via a profile that has since been deactivated. That was a red flag but I went ahead with the call after I got an email from the company. The person on the call gave me an overview of the business, promising the potential to get a paid board seat or advisory role. I didnt know I would have to pay for the opportunity until the end of the call. $200 startup fee and $195 monthly membership. I was unsure whether to proceed but had not been able to research Boardsi before the call. Since then Ive discovered all of the notices online about how Boardsi is a scam, including the BBB site. I called and emailed them for a refund within the same hour that they called and charged me, so I have not yet received any services from them. They have not responded and there is no way for me to request a refund on their website. I would appreciate your help in refunding my money, as I do not plan to use their services after vetting them.

    I joined Boardsi on 19th Mar and since then, havent had a single interest, inquiry or option offered to me despite the tall claims that were made to me. I did all the hard work on inputting the information that wasnt even modified even a slight bit by anyone.Also, with a subscription service, I would have expected a more frequent follow up vs a ******************* when I emailed for cancellation of subscription and refund of money, I was offered a free month vs refund. They also said it was against their policy which wasnt transparent at the time of enrollment. I do not need a free month when the pattern has not been reassuring.

    Boardsi is a scam. Automatic billing to your credit card monthly with no services as promised. I completed all requirements and was not contacted by anyone for any **************** continues to bill monthly and you cannot cancel online.There are hundreds if not thousands of complaints online with the same experience. This online scam needs to be shutdown.

    My experience with Boardsi has been nothing but shady, first intro call it was explained to me that there is plenty of opportunities on their online portal which I will get access to and was explained the fee. They were prompt in charging the fee and then the sloppy service and experience started, it took days to get the portal login and once Im on there there is nothing relevant to match my background and when I requested to cancel it was explained that fee i paid was non refundable even though it was just few days of service. The *** that got on call was also not helpful and wanted me to hold off cancelling as they have a team of people working on an outreach with my profile. All in all very shady service and business model that I would not recommend to any working professionals.

    I signed up for Boardsi on August 1, 2024, based on their strong sales pitch promising high-paying board opportunities. During the initial call, I was told that a large percentage of their clients successfully land board positionssome earning $10,000 to $30,000 every three months for just a few hours of work. The representative assured me that Boardsi worked with companies actively looking for candidates like me, and that this was a worthwhile investment that would yield meaningful board placement opportunities.Unfortunately, my experience with Boardsi has been the opposite. After paying $1,565 over a period of seven months (see payment breakdown below), I received no board opportunities, interviews, or meaningful contact from any companies. As far as I can tell, the only action taken was creating a poorly formatted profile for me and placing it on their websitewithout any indication it was being actively marketed or shared with interested companies. I even raised concerns with them about the formatting of my profile, but nothing improved and there was no meaningful support or ************** is a breakdown of my payments:8/1/2024: $395 8/31/2024: $195 9/30/2024: $195 10/31/2024: $195 11/30/2024: $195 12/31/2024: $195 1/31/2025: $195 Total paid: $1,565 I feel that the service was misrepresentedespecially regarding success rates, the quality of opportunities, and the level of service provided. I am requesting a full refund of $1,565, as Boardsi failed to deliver the services they promised or offer any tangible value.
