    Business attempted to install interlock device on my vehicle. Business installed and device was not working. The following day the interlock uninstalled the device however vehicle was not operating correctly. Diagnostic ran at dealership shows that damage was due to attempt of installation. The dealership states that wiring on vehicle is damaged and it was due to interlock installation attempt. After contacting the business who refused that they damaged the car, and ignored the issue for over a week I notified them of the findings. The business still denies the damage done to the vehicle. The vehicle costs is REMOVEDplus towing. I sent a copy of the deal ship findings however business is unresponsive. At this point the deal ship will repair the wires and then inform me of any potential other issues as a result. And amount of bill to repair the vehicle may increase.
