    On November 27, 2023 I hired Titanium Construction to do two small bathroom remodels in my home. The owner Philip gave me an estimate of $15,000 and said it would be completed in two weeks. I told him I absolutely needed it done by Christmas which was three weeks away and he assured me it would be. 1st day was great, he had 3 guys demoing. They broke some of our belongings and the issue was ignored after I brought it up. The following days it would just be one guy doing everything by himself. Week two came along and noone showed up so I texted Philip and he told me they were all sick. They were out all week long. When his one guy did come back Philip was picking at him in our front yard and it ended in a fist fight between them. His worker left and never came back. After that things got worse. Philip basically had noone to work. He made excuse after excuse and we ended up having to Cancel our Christmas guests because we still had no working bathroom or shower after 3 weeks. They showed up whenever. I asked repeatedly for communication and a finish date just to be ignored and put on a back burner to other jobs even though I had already paid. He continued to ask for more and more money. I told him I wanted a breakdown of the money I'd given him up to date and what It would be to finish the job. He said my walls were crooked and they had to fix them, but they never fixed them. He now says I had mold and a big hole somewhere when him and his worker both told me, no mold was found. The breakdown he gave me seems like he is just filling in the gaps to reach the estimate. I compared it to another reciept from him and it's completely off. I spoke with an attorney about this situation and unbeknownst me a licensed contractor should have pulled all the necessary permits if they were pulling down walls, electrical, and plumbing. No permits were pulled by Titanium Construction. Philip also has a vanity mirror I paid for that he refuses to return, as well as all of the materials for the job. I would like back the money not accounted for as well as the cost of materials and vanity mirror. I have since hired new workers to finish the job, since Titanium Construction refused to.
