I hired him to install sprinkler system and pour a small amount of cement His crew all Mexicans did the work in two days and REMOVEDcame up at the end of the second day for payment I paid him over $2k He claims hes got a certification in cement, but he doesnt use it because he hires other people to do with the dirty work." ...
