    RE: 25204293

    COMPLAINT: Mrs. REMOVED
    TRANSACTION: 11/20/2025 - USD $1,500.00

    1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

On November 20, 2025, REMOVED, along with REMOVEDpurchased the program as part of a 2x1 promotion.Setter High Ticket Training and Mentoring for the sum of USD $1,500.00.

It is a training and professional development program in digital skills for the role of High Ticket Setter, with an academic duration of 6 months. This is not a job offer; it does not guarantee income or salary.

The services included in the training are: access to the REMOVEDeducational platform; three (3) weekly group mentoring sessions, six (6) 1:1 coaching sessions, and specific training in strategies for independent job search opportunities.

It is completely false to claim that the program purchased is a job placement program. AVO Consulting LLC is an education and training company.

    2. SERVICES FULLY PROVIDED:

REMOVEDand REMOVEDhave maintained active and uninterrupted access to the REMOVEDplatform from 23/11/2025 to the present date, as clearly demonstrated in theAnnex A and B.

REMOVEDhas completed 98% of Setter's training and REMOVED's 17%, according to a REMOVEDreport, as evidenced in Annex C and D

They have received the six (6) 1:1 support sessions, as recorded on the following dates: 24/11/2025, 01/12/2025, 16/12/2025, 05/01/2026, 27/01/2026 and, 05/03/2026. These recordings are located in their HTS Training Action Plan Document, Appendix E.

Additionally, all students have access to participate live in the 3 weekly group mentoring sessions, which REMOVEDattended and participated in on different occasions, specifically in the mentoring sessions on the following dates: 12/18/2025, 01/07/2026, 01/12/26, 01/22/26, 02/12/26, 03/05/26, 03/16/26, 03/19/26. Annex F, G, H, I y, J

    3. DECEPTIVE EARNINGS: Induced by false claims of earnings of $1,500-$3,000/month, but internal guidelines set the base salary at only $300-$350.

AVO CONSULTING LLC is a training and development company specializing in digital skills for prospecting (appointment generation) and closing sales of high-value services.

No advertising material, contract, sales page, or communication from AVO CONSULTING LLC guarantees employment, a fixed salary, or a guaranteed income.

The program includes specific training in strategies for the independent search for job opportunities, developed in three (3) specific modules with content in video format and downloadable documents.

This is stated in the official curriculum:

    1.   MODULE: FINDING MY FIRST JOB AS A HIGH-TICKET SELLER
    2.   MY FIRST DAY AT A COMPANY
    3.   MODULE: HOW TO PREPARE FOR AN INTERVIEW

These modules have been available to REMOVEDand REMOVEDfrom the beginning, in video and downloadable documents within Skool, as demonstrated in the REMOVEDFramework

The amounts of $1,500 to $3,000 USD indicated by the claimant are reference amounts and variable of what a qualified High Ticket Setter can generate in the international market, according to their performance and compensation model.

This potential income can be structured in two ways, at the sole discretion of the external contracting company and not of AVO CONSULTING LLC:

    1. 100% commission; or
    2. Fixed base + commissions. The fixed base is freely determined by each company in the market and may vary, for example: $300, $400, $600 USD, among others. AVO CONSULTING LLC does not set, pay, or control these amounts.

    4. REGARDING THE ALLEGATION OF "MANIPULATION AND CLINICAL HARM / ANXIETY" - COMPLETELY INADMISSIBLE AND WITHOUT CAUSAL LINK:

We categorically and emphatically deny having caused any clinical harm.

The claimant alleges that she suffered clinical anxiety and severe aversion to the setter role supposedly caused by our training.

The certificate provided by the claimant, issued by the REMOVEDof Medelln on 01/06/2026, does not constitute proof of damage caused by AVO CONSULTING LLC.

    a) The document certifies REMOVEDparticipation in a "Psychosocial Support Process" for "personal life issues" according to her own observations, without a clinical diagnosis of anxiety, without any reference to AVO CONSULTING LLC or REMOVEDand without establishing a causal link.

    b) It is not a report from a mental health professional authorized for diagnosis, but a certificate of attendance issued by a Psychosocial Professional from a community center.

    c) REMOVEDcompleted 98% of the program and on 05/19/2026 voluntarily requested her free academic certificate as a Setter High Ticket, endorsed by REMOVEDconduct incompatible with damage caused by the service.

The document is thus invalidated as evidence of damage.

    5. CAREER CHANGE DECISION:

The alleged career change to social media management is a personal and voluntary decision made after completing the training and cannot be attributed to harm caused by AVO CONSULTING LLC. In fact, it demonstrates that the digital skills acquired are useful to him.

    6. "CERTIFICATE NOT DELIVERED AND HIDDEN FEE OF $90-$180"

The accusation is completely false and malicious.

    Proven and documented facts:

    a) On May 19, 2026, REMOVEDde los ngeles REMOVEDcontacted Coach REMOVEDvia REMOVEDrequesting her academic certificate. She received a voice message the same day informing her that she would be included on the next list of requests. Annex L

    b) On 05/08/2026 an email was sent requesting your data to process your Academic Certification with REMOVED. Annex M.

    c) On 06/08/2026 REMOVEDresponds to the email dated 05/08/2026, expressly and in writing waiving the processing and obtaining of her certificate. Annex N.

    d) Clarification on the cost - There is no hidden fee for the claimant:

On May 25, 2025, a post was published in the REMOVEDof the REMOVEDannouncing that the training courses will include a certification endorsed by REMOVEDwhich is attached to the complete content and not partially as REMOVEDattached it.,The content shows the conditions for applying to students who took and completed their training prior to the May 2025 certification agreement. Annex O.

For students who began and completed their training AFTER May 2025, as is the case with REMOVED(start date 11/23/2025), the certification is FREE OF CHARGE. The total cost is covered by AVO CONSULTING LLC.

    Therefore:
    1. Mrs. REMOVEDwas never charged, nor was she ever going to be charged, $90, $60, or $180. It was 100% free for her.
    2. He did not reject the certification due to "hidden charges." He voluntarily waived a free benefit.
    3. Her diploma is not "invalid due to a change of REMOVEDShe decided not to process it.

    7. COERCION AND FAMILY PRESSURE:

AVO CONSULTING LLC categorically, absolutely and emphatically denies having exercised coercion, pressure, intimidation, legal or any other type of threat against REMOVEDor against any member of their family.

This accusation is false, reckless, and constitutes defamation.

What the claimant calls "threats" was a good faith offer of settlement once we were notified of the complaint filed with the REMOVEDwhich was served on us on 07/28/2026.

AVO Consulting LLC / ONLINE REMOVEDthrough Coach REMOVEDtook the initiative to contact REMOVEDthrough 3 different channels: REMOVEDAnnex P and private chat on the REMOVEDplatform Annex Q cordially inviting him to meet in order to listen to him and present him with a good faith proposal for a resolution.

On 03/08/2026 an email was sent to REMOVEDR

On August 4, 2026, REMOVEDresponded via email. In her response, she requested that the proposed resolution be sent to her only in writing, declining the invitation to a video call. Annex S

In response to your request and maintaining our willingness to engage in dialogue, on 06/08/2026 a new email was sent to REMOVEDas attached, reiterating the importance of holding a conversation to explain the proposal in detail and committing to ensuring that any agreements reached are formalized in a written document and signed by both parties.Annex T.

On 07/08/2026, REMOVEDresponded by refusing to engage in dialogue and to accept the invitation to make a video call. Annex U.

AVO Consulting LLC keeps all communication channels active and available: Coach REMOVEDsupport at Skool, and email REMOVED.

The only thing that existed was a formal, respectful, and written communication from AVO CONSULTING LLC offering options for resolving the dispute, as is standard practice and required by the BBB to attempt to resolve it.

We expressly state that falsely alleging crimes of coercion and threats against family members, without any evidence, constitutes aggravated defamation under NMSA 30-11-1 and exposes the claimant to civil liability. We reserve the right to take legal action.

    8. ON CONDUCT CONTRARY TO GOOD FAITH, CONTRADICTORY ALLEGATIONS AND FORUM SHOPPING.
There is evidence of conduct contrary to good faith and abuse of the claims system by REMOVEDwho has filed complaints with DIFFERENT, contradictory and false facts before two different authorities about the same service and the same transaction of 11/20/2025 for $1,500 USD.
    Accredited Forum Shopping:
    1. Complaint dated 2007/2026 before the Department of Justice of the State of REMOVEDand notified by email on 07/28/2026. Annex V with a response via the same channel on 07/08/2026. Annex W
    2. Current complaint to Better Business Bureau.
The claimant changes her version of events depending on the court where she files her complaint, alleging everything from "forced labor and a pyramid scheme" to "deceptive profits," which are impossible to reconcile. This inconsistency demonstrates that the facts are fabricated to pressure her into accepting a refund for a service that was fully provided and consumed.
We request that BBB dismiss the claim due to lack of credibility and misuse of the system with false and contradictory allegations; we reserve the right to take legal action for defamation.
    9. REGARDING MS. REMOVEDREQUEST FOR A FULL REFUND - INADMISSIBLE.
The request for a full refund is legally inadmissible and lacks merit.
The contracted service *Setter High Ticket Training and Mentoring Program* for training, education and instruction in prospecting and appointment generation skills, was fully provided, executed and received by REMOVEDand REMOVEDfrom 11/23/2025 until the completion date.
It is an intangible asset of successive performance and immediate consumption, which once imparted and consumed does not allow for return.
The irrefutable proof of the satisfactory provision and receipt of the service is:
The certain and documented fact that Mrs. REMOVED herself voluntarily requested the issuance of her completion certificate from Coach REMOVEDvia REMOVEDon 19/05/2026 (Annex L).
No one requests a certificate of completion for a service they did not receive, that was not useful to them, or that they consider fraudulent. Such a request constitutes an act of consent and tacit agreement with the service received, and in itself refutes, as false and malicious, all the allegations on which this claim is based.
As evidenced by the submitted annexes, the service was fully completed by AVO CONSULTING LLC / ONLINE SALES ACADEMY.
We expressly state that falsely alleging non-delivery of services without any proof constitutes a fourth-degree felony under NMSA 30-16-16 and exposes the claimant to civil liability. We reserve the right to take legal action.

Therefore, we request that BBB dismiss the refund request.

    Customer Answer

    Date: 09/22/2026

I am rejecting this response for complaint ID REMOVEDbecause:

Disputed Amount: USD $1,500.00 (Wire transfer on Nov 20, 2025).
    Regulatory Reference: FTC Report #REMOVED.
I categorically reject the response submitted by AVO Consulting LLC and reaffirm my complaint. The business fails to resolve the core issue, resorting instead to legal intimidation and harassment to dismiss a legitimate consumer claim.
Genuine Perception of Fraud, Deceptive Inducement & Lack of Contract: I demand the full refund of USD $1,500.00 because I feel completely defrauded. We were induced to pay based on false claims of earning $1,500 to $3,000 monthly, when internal guidelines showed base compensation as low as $300 to $350. We were never provided with a signed bilateral contract. Progressing through pre-recorded videos does not cure deceptive practices nor does it imply satisfaction. I invested my last savings into this training in good faith and have only been left with debt.
Professional Harm, Psychological Blame & Psychosocial Support: I am an educated professional with a proven background and teaching experience. However, their 1:1 sessions lacked real pedagogical value and consisted of constant psychological manipulation and blame shifting to conceal flaws in their training. This distressing experience caused severe emotional strainprompting me to seek free community psychosocial support (as evidenced by the attendance record provided)and resulted in a severe aversion to the setter role, forcing a career pivot toward social media management.
Undisclosed Certification Fees: The certificate through REMOVEDrequired undisclosed additional fees of $90 to $180 USD to be processed. Declining it was a direct refusal to submit to hidden fees, and following my career pivot, the certificate is completely obsolete for me.
Zero Defamation & REMOVEDMonitoring: I firmly reject all reckless accusations of criminal defamation. I have not posted a single comment, review, or public statement regarding this company on any social platform. Filing complaints with the REMOVED, State Attorney General, and the BBB is a lawful, protected consumer right. Furthermore, company staff members have been actively monitoring my personal social media profiles searching for non-existent evidence.
Family Harassment & Refusal of Manipulative Calls: Company representatives reached out to my family members to confront them and exert undue pressure so they would intervene in my complaint. Additionally, I explicitly refused to join unrecorded video calls because I know firsthand how manipulative they are in verbal interactions. Requiring all communications to be strictly in writing was a necessary safeguard against verbal coercion. I owe zero debt to AVO Consulting LLC, and they have no grounds for legal threats.
I firmly maintain my demand for a full refund of USD $1,500.00, reject their coercive tactics, and request the BBB to record their failure to provide an honest resolution.

    Regards,

    REMOVED
