      I had an easy transition where a friend bought my house and we used Landmark Title to as the middleman. They failed to wire the money from the sale for 2 weeks. When I inquired why I had not received any money, they replied, "I forgot." When they finally completed the wire transfer they sent the wrong wire transfer confirmation, and for someone else. When they sent me the correct wire transfer confirmation, they listed their own address for the REMOVEDaddress. Use this company at your own risk.
