      REMOVEDof TLC( Trinity Legacy Consortium LLC) was hired to build a house by a river. REMOVEDclaimed to be a custom home builder for 25 years and a civil engineer. Shortly into the project we discovered REMOVEDdid not know even the basic requirements to build by a river. TLC abandoned the 12 month project after 10 months completing only REMOVED% while collecting 92 % of the contract price. We were forced to REMOVEDin court and were awarded almost 100% of our lawsuit. Breach of contract, duplicate billing ,building defects and improper use of change orders by REMOVEDand REMOVEDwere identified by the court. We only received 16 cents on the dollar as the Swifts filed bankruptcy with a long trail of other lawsuits and numerous unpaid creditors. I can not stress enough that you do not want to use REMOVED, Trinity Building Systems, Trinity Legacy Consortium, TLC Log Homes, etc.
