I hired Environmental Testing Testing Services to inspect three REMOVEDat a home I was purchasing. They prepared the reports. Their reports had factually wrong information in them. They stated one of the REMOVEDdoes not need a permit as it is 2". I have been told by the state of REMOVEDand the county both require permits on all REMOVEDno matter the size. This well was unpermitted and I am now having to go through the hassle of getting it permitted. The county representative I am working with even told me she would call them and explain the rules of permitting to them as they are providing false information. Also their report states my REMOVEDdo not need meters. I have learned from the county and the state both require meters if you have more than one well. They are requiring I add meters to all my REMOVEDwhich is costing me more money. I asked this business, due to their mistakes, to refund the fees I paid for their reports. If their reports were accurate and correct I would have had the seller of the house fix and pay for these items. Due to their reckless wrong information I am not stuck to pay for and fix these problems.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, and please accept our apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

We understand your frustration regarding the unexpected permitting and metering requirements mandated by the state and county. Well regulations and regional reporting structures can be highly complex, and the state and county can update or enforce their regulations as they wish.

While our physical inspections focus primarily on the operational condition of the equipment at the time of service, we want our clients to have a positive experience. To resolve this matter amicably and help offset the unexpected issues you are navigating with your new property, we have approved a full refund. Please allow [35] business days for the credit to process back to your original method of payment.

We appreciate you reaching out to us directly to resolve this, and we wish you the best with your new home.
