Java REMOVED's has been a regular stop for me on almost a daily basis for over 15 years. Because of this, it came as an absolute shock to me that I was denied service because a staff member claimed to have witnessed me steal from their small body care section, which is simply not true. I have used the samples several times in the past, but have never taken anything that I had not paid for. I attempted to contact the owner through multiple telephone messages at both of his coffee businesses, through REMOVEDmessenger (where I can see it was read), two emails, and through a REMOVEDreview with no response to any of them. I was humiliated and hurt. Java REMOVED's is a part of my community, I own my home less than a mile away and I can see the back of the building from the driveway of my place of employment. To say I was disappointed by the owner's refusal to respond to a long time customer's good faith attempt to resolve a misunderstanding is an understatement.
