      "When I went to pick up my vehicle from repo they made me pay cash only for storage fees they also drove my car on a flat tire out of the tow yard and also my wheel was cracked when they gave it to me they also didnt register my firearm that I had in the vehicle or put it in the personal belonging notes and they say they never encountered a firearm in my vehicle"
