on Thursday 30 may2024 i paid REMOVED, proprietor for summons service that i later canceled with her during a phone call on Saturday 1 june. i further indicated that i wanted a full refund of the $89.30 fee, a hard copy receipt showing proof of refund & a return to me of the summons packet.

i met her at her office at all-pro towing on 2nd street around 8a Monday 3june. she gave me the summons packet but only showed me on her phone a 'refund receipt' but would not provide the hard copy claiming she did not have internet & could not print the refund receipt. she did say she would email me the receipt today (Monday 3june) but has not - i am writing this at 5.29p Monday 3june.

i want REMOVED to email me the hard copy receipt showing proof of refund of the bank card charge of $89.30.

We told him that we would send him a copy for receipt and that it was delayed because our Internet had been done.
