My wife locked herself out of her house yesterday and called the honest locksmith. They said they'd be there in a half an hour and it took them two hours. When they showed up, my wife suggested they pry the door open like the fire department had a month earlier, he said no that won't work. He then proceeded to call his boss and be on FaceTime with him and then he drilled into the deadbolt which it was not dead bolted and he knew it or he should've. He did inform her of that but he did not inform her when he started sawing into the deadbolt , he sawed it into the deadbolt.,ruined the lock the deadbolt that he didn't need to be touching, ruined our door. And then did exactly what my wife asked him to do in the first place and pried open our door. He never inspected the lock to see what was going on if he had he would not have touched the deadbolt. If he had j listened to my wife in the first place, there would be no problem. They quoted us $350 saying they would replace our bolt and then charged us $585 and is refusing to change our lock. I filed a complaint to no avail. They are refusing to help me out in anyway I want a new security door and I want a refund. All in all it was the worst lockout experience I've ever had and I feel like my wife was completely taken advantage of, and then charged triple what any other locksmith has quoted us.
