Helpful to gain some insight. Pretty easy and well explained process. The consultation call was rushed and the person was a little rude. I could hardly understand what they were saying because they were talking so fast, so it would've been nice if their summary was provided in a document instead and then just have the call to ask questions if necessary. Also, they said that the plates "are not made to go outside" which seemed funny to me, as scientifically I just wanted to understand what the 'control' is/be able to compare to normal environmental levels.Also-they send out an email asking for feedback and if you click 5 stars it takes you to REMOVEDto fill out, but 3 stars or less it goes to some other site and claims not to work. Sketchy practice.

Why choose a BBB Accredited Business?

BBB Business Profiles are provided solely to assist you in exercising your own best judgment. BBB does not verify the accuracy of information provided by third parties, and does not guarantee the accuracy of any information in Business Profiles. As a matter of policy, BBB does not endorse any product, service, or business. Businesses are under no obligation to seek BBB accreditation, and some businesses are not accredited because they have not sought BBB accreditation.

When considering complaint information, please consider the company's size and volume of transactions. Note that the nature of complaints and a company’s responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints. BBB Business Profiles generally cover a three-year reporting period.
