    "I posted a complaint in May 2023 in regards to accent services. On how he took my deposit in amount of REMOVEDdollars for materials and supplies, but never returned to do the job nor bring supplies or materials or receipts to prove he had purchased supplies or materials all i received was an invoice stating his fees, but never returned with a contract to make it a legal binding contract signed by both parties, even the invoice he produced had no signature where he committed to the terms." ...
