I placed a refill for my prescriptions 6 weeks before my RX expired. I went into the pharmacy a few weeks later to inquire if they were ready. I was told “no, they’re in the process”. I then placed a 2nd order for the RX and waited. I called several times (with a wait time on hold 30-45 min each time). I was continually told they weren’t ready.

I finally received a call a week or so ago with a voicemail saying they were ready for pickup. I knew I couldn’t get down to Albuquerque for another 2 weeks so I notified them the date I would be down and to please hold them for me.

I’ve now been told, when I called to confirm they would be there when I drove down to pick them up the following day, that they didn’t have them. Now they’re telling me I need to have my doctor send in a new prescription.

I want the meds I ordered well in advance of my expiration date. I do not want to waste my doctor’s time, or my money, since she charges me each time she calls in a refill for me.

On 12/26/23 a prescription was supposed to be filled at this pharmacy. I was told that not all of it was in stock, but they would give me a partial fill (30/90 pills) and order the rest. As of today, 01/11/24 I still have not received the rest of the prescription. In fact, I found out that they were supposed to let me know 3 days after the partial fill that they could not get it. They never did this. I went to another pharmacy and was told that my prescription could not be filled because, not only had Highland Pharmacy submitted that they filled a 30 pill prescription, but they also put in that they filled another, separate 90 pill script for the same medication a few days later. Apparently, they also charged REMOVEDfor the original 30 of 90 pills and a separate charge for a second 90 pills. (once again, I have only received a partial of 30 of the supposed 120 pills they seemed to have submitted to REMOVED) Because they have not resolved this situation, I cannot get my prescription filled at a pharmacy that does have the medication in stock. To sum up, Highland Pharmacy partially filled 30 of 90 pills of a prescription of mine. After not being told that they cannot get it in stock, they seemed to have charged REMOVEDand put on my prescription records that they filled 120 pills, of which there was only a prescription for 90 and of that I have only received 30 of the pills.
