    I have attempted a number of times to remove my personal data from Veripages web site & all of its affiliates without success. I have attempted a number times to contact customer service without any response. Per California law (CCPA) **************** , a consumer residing in CA has the right to have their information removed (opt-out) from data aggregators. Again, the company is unresponsive & their published opt-out method is not working. For reference, below is the link to my information:

    Veripages**** refuses to remove my private data and information from their website after repeated attempts to opt out through their website's opt out link. I've received an opt out request tracking ID that does not work. I have been emailing them for 5 days now requesting the removal of my private and personal information. They refuse to remove it. They keep sending me the same link over and over again and it does not work. When you try to call their customer service line it says no one is available to help. I have also left voicemails for them to remove it and they refuse. I want my information off this website! I do not consent to my information being publicly published on any website including Veripages********

    I did not consent to the display or use of my name or family members name and/or personal data on Veripages.com, and no permission was granted explicit or implied for your company to share or publish this content.

    Requiring my client to navigate through your system to remove unauthorized content is inappropriate and does not absolve Veripages of liability under United States privacy and consumer protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable federal and state laws.

    As such, we are demanding that they remove all related content and personal data associated with my name or family members name from their platform within 72 hours of receipt of the message I sent on their website. Failure to comply will result in legal action being pursued without further notice.

    The CCPA's right to delete, also known as the right to erasure or the right to be forgotten, allows California residents to request that businesses delete their personal information. Businesses must comply with these requests. Under the CCPA, businesses have 45 calendar days to respond to a consumer's request to know or delete their personal information. Requesting a right to deletion of personal data and that my immediate family’s information not be sold. Additionally, that “Veripages” and their service providers do the same. Signed a subscription with ******, a service that helps individuals and businesses remove their personal information from data brokers and people search websites on the internet. However, Veripages has not completed and/or honored the request within the 45 day period. Requesting that our information be deleted and removed due to privacy concerns as our information had been compromised due to mail theft. Attempting to mitigate any potential problems that may arise from this recent event. Contacted Veripages customer support team, but have yet to hear back and manually opted out.     Veripages will not remove my personal information from their website, despite me following the required steps on their website and emailing the company to remove my information. My personal information, including my full name, DOB, address and names of family members are still available to the public. Anyone can request a full background on me from their site without my consent. This situation is causing me anxiety. I have been a victim of identity thief, and I am extremely concerned about my personal information being misuse again. I want Veripage to remove everything about me from their website.

    I am attempting to remove my information from the data broker Veripages. When you go to their sight there are links to the removal page however none of the links work. If you try and type in the URL for their request for removal page it redirects you to their main page. It's my understanding that I should be able to request my information be removed, it's very concerning that they present a false option to remove it but then don't provide anywhere on their site to remove it. I even used their chat bot on site which has an option about requesting removal of information. However the links provided by their help chat also don't work. This in my opinion is incredibly deceptive.

    I've written to the company asking them to remove my information. Here's what they provided me with a response. None of their links or instructions work. This is clearly a misdirection built to confuse and frustrate consumers. This should be a very straight ahead process and based on the reviews of other BBB users, I don't think I'm alone in experiencing this frustration.
