    Veripages will not remove my personal information from their website, despite me following the required steps on their website and emailing the company to remove my information. My personal information, including my full name, DOB, address and names of family members are still available to the public. Anyone can request a full background on me from their site without my consent. This situation is causing me anxiety. I have been a victim of identity thief, and I am extremely concerned about my personal information being misuse again. I want Veripage to remove everything about me from their website.

    I am attempting to remove my information from the data broker Veripages. When you go to their sight there are links to the removal page however none of the links work. If you try and type in the URL for their request for removal page it redirects you to their main page. It's my understanding that I should be able to request my information be removed, it's very concerning that they present a false option to remove it but then don't provide anywhere on their site to remove it. I even used their chat bot on site which has an option about requesting removal of information. However the links provided by their help chat also don't work. This in my opinion is incredibly deceptive.

    I've written to the company asking them to remove my information. Here's what they provided me with a response. None of their links or instructions work. This is clearly a misdirection built to confuse and frustrate consumers. This should be a very straight ahead process and based on the reviews of other BBB users, I don't think I'm alone in experiencing this frustration.

    I located personal information located at the fallowing link: **************************************************** I have been a victim of stalking and identity theft. I followed the website's direction for removal of my personal information as stated in their instructions. To complete the removal you must verify the removal by clicking on a email link they send to your email address. The instructions say check your spam folder for email. I have used two emails in attempts to remove and they are simply blocking attempts for removal by simply not sending an email. I am a NY resident and will be contacting the state of NY to see if this is violating my data rights as a NY Resident. This company is blocking personal data removal on their website to profit for their benefit!

    I have demanded the immediate and permanent removal of my personal information from this website, *************. Despite repeated attempts to have this data removed, my personal details—including my full name, date of birth, age, cell number and current and prior addresses continue to be published on the site, posing an ongoing privacy and safety threat. I have gone through your “opt-out” process on 3 separate occasions. Each time, I received confirmation that the listing had been removed. Yet, my information continues to reappear. I have also sent emails to their support team and left multiple voice messages, none of which have resulted in permanent action or a proper response. This pattern of disregard for my requests is unacceptable and negligent. This ongoing exposure of my personal data is not only deeply distressing due to safety concerns but also a serious violation of my privacy.

    Hello, I am trying to get my information removed from this site with no success. Veripages collects people's information and now they aren't letting it be easily removed. They are putting citizens are risk with their information unwillingly being out there and unable to remove it. I have called their hotline ***** ******** and emailed them at both [email protected] & [email protected]. The hotline says "No one is available to take your call. Call back" and their emails haven't been helpful. I have privacy concerns from a stalker and they aren't helping me to remove my information so I'm positive they are doing this to others! Thank you for letting me reach out & I hope this is the right department.
