I am filing this complaint against Veripages (*********************) for their failure to comply with a lawful request under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Despite multiple attempts to contact Veripages, they have not responded to my request to remove a profile on their website that contains my personal information. I initially submitted an opt-out request through their designated form, as instructed on their website. After receiving no response, I followed up multiple times via email to *********************, but have yet to receive any acknowledgment or action.
The profile in question is located at the following URL: ****************************************************.
Veripages’ own Privacy Policy acknowledges the right to deletion and instructs users to contact them via email to initiate such requests. I followed this procedure, yet my request has been ignored.
I am requesting the removal of any and all personal information related to me that Veripages may have collected, published, or stored—not just the information visible at the above URL. This includes any duplicate or associated records under variations of my name or other identifiers.
This lack of response is not only unprofessional but also a clear violation of the CCPA. I am requesting that the BBB investigate this matter and assist in compelling Veripages to comply with my data removal request.

While my personal information has been removed from the provided URL, it's concerning that this frustrating and time-consuming process took multiple months, repeated opt-out submissions, and numerous emails to your support address (*********************).
This experience raises questions about VeriPages' adherence to its own Privacy Policy and potential violations of state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Specifically, the difficulty in exercising opt-out rights despite multiple attempts is a serious issue under the CCPA's provisions requiring easy and accessible opt-out mechanisms.
Individuals should not have to resort to filing formal complaints to exercise their fundamental rights under state privacy laws. Given these practices, the Better Business Bureau should investigate these concerns and evaluate the implications for consumer rights and compliance with privacy regulations. Complaint Against Veripages
Veripages has failed to remove my personal information—and my husband's—from their website, despite repeated and fully compliant requests.
Following their posted instructions, I completed the opt-out form, including copying and pasting the required URL. Although the website displayed a "Success" message, our information remains visible.
Since then, I have:
Emailed Veripages four times
Called multiple times during normal business hours (New Mexico time), only to reach a voicemail stating no one is available
Despite clearly following all required steps, our personal information remains online. This is not just frustrating—it’s a serious safety concern. The continued exposure of this information poses a risk to our privacy and security, and it is absolutely unacceptable.
I am urgently requesting that all personal information related to me and my husband be permanently removed from Veripages without further delay.

I followed the instructions Veripages provided to remove my profile entry from their website in early June of 2025. I did not log the specific date as I had no reason to believe the process would not be successful. I did not receive any response nor was my information removed. On my 2nd attempt I saved my tracking number, contacted support who referred me to check on my status via tracking essentially not helping and referring me to the same broken system other complains have referenced below. Veripages refuses to remove personal info off website after several attempts via website and email. I did have luck the first time, only to have my info reappear after a few months. The last email request I sent was rejected due to "user rejected". Apparently the only way to get results is to file a BBB complaint. I have personal safety reasons why I do not want my personal info published but unlike many other data broker sites, Veripages makes people jump through hoops, only to be ignored. I have tried on several occasions to remove my information from this website. Online requests and emails go unanswered. My full name, birth month and year, phone number and several past addresses are out there on their website. I work in the public sector and take great measures to protect my privacy due to my line of work. I need to have this information removed immediately to protect my and my family. This is very unsettling that I do not get a response and my information is available on over 15 different sites because of this company. This company needs to be put out of business. They are irresponsible with the data they have.
