      Zero stars. Started a chat with ***** about cancelling a membership. We never shop at bed Bath and beyond but there was a going out of business sale so we decided to stop in to one. Found an amazing deal on a KitchenAid mixer so we were going to get it. When we got to the counter the clerk said do you want to save another 20% on your purchase? My husband and I said sure how? The clerk said you can get a membership. So we asked about it and I asked him how much it was. He told me it was $29.99 and we werent going to do it because of the price and we never shopped there so it didnt make sense. I asked if I can cancel it and get a refund and the clerk said you can cancel it. I said can I get a refund and he said yes. So we did that. Two weeks later I tried to cancel it so they said the request has been sent to cancel it and then I asked for my refund and they said did you use it and I said well of course I used it I got the 20% off on my new purchase. And she said because it was used , we cant get a refund. So I said that doesnt make any sense we never shopped there we got 20% off the item which pretty much was the cost of the membership and we were told a lie. She just went on to say sorry we cant help you. I asked for this conversation to be escalated to have a manager come on and they said they cant do that and I said Id like a manager to call me and she said they cant do that. I need to call in. So here I am writing a review on B B, B, and nobody cares.

      Their mistake was bringing in Simply Essentials, Wild Sage, Our Table products. These brand are cheap material with high prices. We loved Wamsutta bedding and towels, Bbb should have brought them back.

      I shopped at Bed Bath and Beyond in ****** ON today. One item, dinner napkins was marked **** (all dinner napkins were marked the same). When the salesperson scanned it, it came up *****. Realizing as I was walking out that he rang it in over priced (not according to the marked price), I went back and let him know. After calling his manager, she deemed it correct. I said that I dont want it then. She said no refunds. I said I havent left your store and go back and take the price tags off of the whole lot because you are lying to people. She didnt care and said they are closing. Good business should be good business from day one to closing day. Not impressed at all!!! She wasnt worth my frustration so I walked out and said I would never come in again. She didnt care. So sad!!!

      They don't even deserve a single star. They are definitely the worse. I've been trying to return a product, apparently this product came from a third party and they expect original packaging for the return with the receipt. So now I'm stuck with a product I won't be using. They just need to go ahead and close down already. Worst customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will NEVER purchase a single product from them.

      I placed an order for Wamsutta bed sheets that were on clearance. I checked out without any problem, my card was charged. My MIL tried to purchase them as well shortly after me but couldn't. We assumed they had run out by that point. A day before my estimated delivery, I received an email that my order had been canceled. When I called to inquire, the associate said they were not in stock. Ok, no problem. I asked when they would be back in stock, to which she replied that they were discontinued. She didn't know why I had been allowed to buy them. I asked for them to price match a similar set since this was their mistake, but she said the order could not be edited because it was canceled... by them! Incredibly frustrated by their lack of responsibility over their own mistake.

      I recently had earned $256 in Bed Bath and Beyonds rewards. They sent me an email letting me know to uses them. Then before I could use them, ****, they stole my money.Beware. You have been warned I have talked and texted their customer service team 5 different times and get promised they will be returned to me, yet they do not fulfill their promises.After talking with BB&B, they claim my rewards expired on 3/224/23. Which is interesting for a few different reasons. First, I reached out to them about this issue on 3/6/23 and they could not resolve it in time for me to use the points before the "said date." Secondly, their e-mail clearly states, as seen in the pictures, that the rewards do not expire until 4/29/23.BB&B response was "oh well, you are ***."

      My complaint? Despite the fact that I PAID OFF my credit card and asked them to CLOSE the ACCOUNT? I am STILL receiving monthly bills in the mail!!! It states on the bill : DO NOT PAY I get this bill monthly. It is a waste of money being sent to me when my account is CLOSED and PAID OFF.Please STOP sending me this bill!!! That's all I ask and it is NOT asking too much. STOP sending me a monthly bill when my account has been PAID OFF and CLOSED.

      My problem is with the website. I purchased an item and could not cancel it. The wait time online was 2 hours and 20 mins and the online wait time was 38 minutes. You have to cancel within 10 minutes. However; by the time I reach someone it will be well over the 10 minutes. I called back several times just to get hung up on. This is terrible customer service. Requested to start a text chat which was suppose to be quicker. Thirty minutes now and no text.

      I haven't been paid for a job done back in December 2022 for bed bath and beyond ****** **.I was hired by ******************************************************************** to buy batteries and install them per Fire ********, I know I couldn't do any more jobs for them until I got paid and I wouldn't recommend anyone else doing work for them, Notice of Intent to Lien coming soon.
