      If I can give more than a zero I would. **************** is awful. No respect to the customer. I ordered a 5 pieces outdoor set and one of the chairs came damaged. Cannot get anyone on the line and wait time is anywhere between 2-5 hours. When you finally get someone on the line they lie to you and tell you the same story. The replacement is on its way. Ten days later you still haven't received a replacement. When asked to speak to a supervisor they ask you, why? They never allow you to speak to a supervisor. Bottomline I still have a damaged chair, and no replacement seems to be on its way. They take your money right away however, when need for them to do what they supposed to do you will not get the help or fix the problem. I would never buy anything from Bed Bath and Beyond again.

      I had purchased some merchandise from Bed ****************************** My tracking kept saying that the merchandise was not delivered to the shipping company. I went into the brick-and-mortar store numerous times and talked to the manager. They kept telling me the tracking was delayed. I was NEVER given the option to get my money back. Now after years I expect that money back plus interest and money for the gas, wear and tear on my car, and my time from driving all the way to another city to talk to the manager. It is still showing on my account of which I have photos that the items are still waiting to be delivered to the shipping company. I have been beyond patient, but evidently, I am getting the excuse that the company was purchased by another company. My transaction is still showing on my account and says it still is waiting to be delivered. I expect the new company to pay plus all the money I mentioned above. Their employee was rude and that's the new company. I expect all companies to keep their word and have integrity in all their dealings. Since this complaint is against the old company and I suffered harassment from the new company, I am filing against the new company. I expect them to meet this debt and more. If I go to court, I am going to include court costs and harassment charges.

      I ordered items and paid for it by using a debt card. Haven'y heard if I'm going to get the items or not. But they have my card number. Got me worried.

      TOOK MY $35 ORDER BUT WOUN'T LET ME CHECK ON MY ORDER, AND WHEN I TRY TO CALL THEY ARE NO LONGER TAKING CALLS AND YOU CAN'T CHECK ON YOUR ORDER.

      I ordered three different ***********************. I have not received any of my orders They were paid for with my credit card and were supposed to be shipped in 3-5 days. Total of all three orders was $142. These were ordered before June 20, 2023. I have received no explanation why I havent gotten them. If they arent going to honor their words by shipping them to me I would appreciate my money being refunded. Im an elderly lady and I live on a fixed income. I dont have the money to pay for things I dont receive.

      I purchased 4 packs of diapers I was charged for them and shipping even though it said free shipping. This was on June 6th 2023, I still have not received any of the diapers. I tried to contact their customer service ***** but they have already closed it for good. *************************

      Just tried to use my gift card for $98.47 in ******** store and told at the counter they don't accept gift cards anymore. No signage advising that anywhere, just no coupons. I am beyond aggravated that the store is able to be open but can't honor their gift card.

      ALL OF US WHO HAVE GIFT CARDS THAT BED, ****************************** WON'T ACCEPT, SHOULD BE REIMBURSED 100%. HOW IS THIS LEGAL?????????? CIVIL SUIT ANYONE????? THE **** THAT THEY TERMINATED CUSTOMER SERVICE 1ST SO WE CAN'T COMPLAIN TO ANYONE!!! JUST SHOWS HOW MUCH OF A GARBAGE COMPANY THEY REALLY ARE!! ??????EVEN CORPORATE NUMBER CONNECTS TO NO ONE! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? ??????CONGRATULATIONS, YOU'RE OFFICIALLY THE ***** REINCARNATED ??????Would give them ZERO STARS, but 1 is required to VOICE MY OPINION and the fact that WE'VE been ROBBED BLIND!!!

      It’s terrible that Bed Bath & Beyond is not honoring their gift cars while the store is still open in Green Bay, WI on Pilgrim Way. I received the gift card for Christmas which was purchased at ****** ***** * ******** ****** ** ********* **) on December 17, 2022, and was totally unaware they were not accepting them even though the store was still open. My niece paid 50.00 for the card. Bed Bath and Beyond accepted the 50.00 and I want them to send me a check for 50.00 as reimbursement. Card number **** **** **** ****. *** *******
