    I purchased a washer dryer with a 5 yr **** Warranty at plugins .6 months ago my washer broke. I contacted **** immediately and was told to email them. March 23 I emailed my error messages to ****. After the initial complaint it took them several weeks to come down to evaluate the issue and they left a report stating they will be back with the part needed to fix the machine. (Copy enclosed) after that I've being following up on a daily/ weekly basis for updates they came down twice since then and have yet to resolve the issue .During those months I've spent a lot of time and money doing my laundry out of my home waiting patiently.August 11th the last time the technician showed up he needed the water to be shut and we got Somone to close it. The technician tried fixing it but said there was an INTERNAL issue with the machine that he cannot fix and **** will be in touch with us to settle the matter. He stated: that this an issue that **** will need to resolve. Interesting enough Monday August 15 my mother and I spoke to ***** where he stated that he will speak to the higher *** at **** how to resolve this issue and that they will get back to us we did not hear from them so Wednesday we called them . We spoke to ***** again and he said they will not honor the warranty due to improper installation of the machine. (This was never mentioned throughout) This was there final excuse of trying to get out of coverage of the warranty.Throughout the months there were many different excuses such as delays/backorders of parts/short staffed at one point ***** made an outrageous remark: quote "our technicians do not want to come to your neighborhood" ! We were flabbergasted when we heard that. When we repeated this conversation with ***** one of the customer ********************** reps he said that is unacceptable at any time. Please listen to their recorded conversations because ***** is denying it. I paid 4 the warranty I am entitled to be reimbursed for new machine and money spent washng

    i purchased a warrantee on a washer and when it broke they came down and said they would pay for the cost of the machine. they said they would send out a check for 450 dollars. that was in may 2021. they said it can take up to 60 days to process. they still have not sent the check. they claim only the owner can sign it and the owner is away on business. this is going on for well over three months.

    I purchased a Kitchen Aid refrigerator 1/2/2019 model KRSF505ESSO1 At time of purchase I bought the **** 5 year Warranty. Whirlpool came out to service the Refrigerator in April of 2021. Problem was not solved so I call **** to service the Refrigerator . Since February 4th 2022 the first service appointment with them they have come back 4 times and not fixed the problem. I filed another service complaint regarding the Refrigerator on June 18th 2022 so far no service representative has responded. Almost 2 months waiting for a service representative. I have had to replace food 3 times in the Refrigerator . Horrible service company .I asked them to replace the Refrigerator since they can't fix the problem.No response.
