    My issue with Mack Worldwide Warranty company is their failure to pay an agreed upon reimbursement for an electric stove warranty we purchased from them. The company name on their letter head is **** ****************************** Service. The company location is ****************************************************************** and telephone number ************ or ************. Background: I (*************************) purchased a GE stove in May of 2021 from *********** Appliance, *********, ** for ($437,99) and the extended warranty of five years offered by the company in the amount of ($49.99). The stove had malfunctions with the electronics in August of 2022. I contacted Mack Worldwide Warranty company to inform them. They setup a time in August for a stove technician to visit my house and try to fix or report back to his company what the issue with the stove was. The stove technician explained to me that the problem was the electronic controller board that was at fault and it would cost around $1000 to resolve. The Mack Worldwide Warranty company did not want to fix the stove due to the cost and informed that they were only willing to reimburse me what they thought the value of the stove was. They determined that amount was $437.99 and I agreed upon the amount. I have a signed letter of agreement and reference#***** (image will be provided with complaint) from their company representative *********. I was informed by their company representative that it would take 10 then 30 then 60 then 90 business days before they would send the reimbursement check starting on August 11th 2022. We have still not received the reimbursement check as of 12/20/2022. My wife and I have made many, many attempts via phone to include voicemail, speaking to several company representatives for an update on the whereabouts of the check and cannot get an answer. The company has been avoiding our contact attempts and will not return voicemails. When I purchased their warranty I did it in good faith and expecting them to honor the warranty. My ask to resolve this issue is to simply send the reimbursement check immediately.

    I am rejecting this response because: *********** response is what they have been saying for over (4) months that is why I asked specifically for the check number and date it was sent. I do not trust this company or their response without details of the check. Until they can prove they sent a check to you (BBB) or me wiith an image, check number or other proof they are sending a check I would like to keep this complaint open.

    I filed a warranty claim for a covered item (refrigerator) in April 2022. After inspection and multiple attempts to repair the warranty provider determined that it was beyond repair and offered me a buyout (total of $1,550). The check was supposed to be sent out on 11/28/2022 at the latest. It is now 12/12/2022 and I have still not received the promised check. I have emailed and called repeatedly and have not received clarity on the status of the payment.

    I am rejecting this response because:As per our earlier conversation I am forwarding my email communication with **** where they state a 60 business day processing window which closed on 11/28/2022. It is now 1/11/2023 and the check has not been received and the company's response to BBB was "Check will be sent out as soon at possible." This is unacceptable. I need them to honor their legal obligations and send the check out immediately and perhaps compensate for the delay in their legal and contractual obligations.

    I have a Mack Worldwide Warranty for my Electrolux dryer. I contacted them for the first time regarding my issue back in the beginning of September. 1st of all to get through to a representative can take hours... after several phone calls and lots of heartaches I finally got an appointment to fix it. They did not have the replacement part, so I had to go through the **************** again. I finally got an appointment to replace the broken part for today November 22. I took a day off so I can be home for the appointment! They were scheduled to arrive between 9Am and 12PM. They did not show up! I called to see where they are, and they told me that they don't know why he didn't show up and I have to go through the process of rescheduling an appointment again!!! I lost a day of work, and they didn't even call to let me know he is not coming and reschedule. They completely don't care about their customers. Besides for that, for all these months I paid a lot of money and time in the laundromat, and still spending!! Thank you

    I had a problem with my washing for which service was needed. service was delayed months due to covid. once it was finally repaired it was simply a matter of days before the issue returned but worse. I contacted **** they 'lost my case' contacted again waited for tresponse after multiple follow *** i was finally visited where an additional repair was done. again in a matter of days its back. I had to live my life and not dedicate myself to daily phone calls and repair visits so i just dealt with it. Now it was time to try calling **** again. While holding for a representative the line disconnects. This happened 4 times!! seems that this is a trick to not have to provide service.

    Customer had a repair through us over a year ago, they contacted us in November almost a year after the initial repair. 

     

    The warranty has expired on 1/10/2022, customer was informed they needed to contact us right away if the unit wasn't working properly after repair. At this point the warranty is expired.

    I have purchase service plan for my refrigerator. From **** warranty, my ice maker stopped working i contacted them in june, they said someone will contact me to repair it. no one called, when i called back they said i had to fill a paperwork, so i did. and still waiting. i have emailed to them no responce. please help. service claim number #*****. my email is ****************** cell **********. I just called them again, was on hold for 10 min, and then they hanged up

    Customer set up their ticket on 6/16/2022, we sent them service agreements to be signed on 7/11/2022 and they were received back on 9/12/2022. 

    The tech codes show the unit was repaired and this repair was completed.

    Paid for an extended warranty. They were not able to repair, so they had me pay for a separate techinancan and I was told they would reimburse me .Its been 5 months and they are no longer responding . Leaving me with $600 worth of bills . Fraud .

    I paid $320 for a 5yr ********** warranty. **** has not fulfilled their contractual obligation to ensure the ** was repaired.I filed a claim prior to the end of the warranty and it took months to get the repair scheduled. The repair through a 3rd party did not fix the problem and caused more problems. The 3rd party was difficult to coordinate with and schedule. I informed **** of the issues and they became a combination of combative and unresponsive and also attempted to fault me for the delays when I was always waiting on the 3rd party repair service to return messages and schedule. I informed **** several times I wanted the $320 refunded if they werent going to honor the contract. They stopped communicating. The warranty number is *****. I have all of the communication saved.

    I purchased a 6 year extended warranty for my new maytag washer. The 6 year warranty will expire in January 2023.About 10 months ago my washer broke. It took many weeks to finally have it repaired, when they replaced the control panel.Now it's dead again. I contacted **** warranty more than 10 days ago, and was told to file the claim online. I did file it immediately. The representative also told me to include the fact that I have a large family this can hopefully expedite my case.I haven't heard anything back from them. I have tried submitting messages on their website, and calling them on the phone multiple times, with no success.I paid so much money on extended warranties, to ensure I am never left without the appliances I need, and they are not doing what they have committed to do!

    This is actually a refiling of complaint ID ********, against Mack Camera Service. The company owes me a $400 refund (documents were submitted with the original filing). They responded "Once the check is signed, it will be sent out."I accepted this, but still have not received the check as of today, 9/19/2022, so I am re-opening the case.They had already notified me on the telephone on 6/28/2022, that the "check has been cut but not yet signed." I am still waiting for the check, and am rejecting their offer, as they have not yet sent me the check.Thank you,*******************************

    My complaint is against, "Mack worldwide warranty". This is their contact information. P: ************** P: ************ F: ************ ************************************************************************ I have an extended warranty on my washing machine and I called on 08/25/22 because it is not working. As of today 09/12/22 they have still not scheduled for a service technician to come down and diagnose the problem. It takes an hour on hold to get through to the company and they are not able to provide any date for service yet. They are rude on the phone and not responsive. Service agreement Ticket# *****

    I am rejecting this response because:
    After waiting 6 weeks after making the claim to get an appointment to repair my washing machine they failed to show on the scheduled date and called to say they ran out of time. This seems to be a pattern based on many other BBB complaints.  I am now rescheduled for 10/13. 7 weeks from initially calling in asking them to repair the machine as covered under my service warranty agreement with them. Telephone reps are very rude and it takes almost an hour or more to contact anybody at the company.
