    I bought 15 warranties from **** about 5 years ago for a total of about $1700. Every time I needed service it was nightmare drag. It takes months to get anything done, if anything at all. From submitting the claim to receiving all additional information requests, to scheduling a technician (if you are lucky to get that far), to the actual arrival of technician, be prepared to spend months. If I submitted my ticket on the web, they would not respond, when called they'd say just submit over the phone. On the next service call they said submit through the web. On the third service call I submitted through the web but after they didn't respond within a week, I called, they said, oh we have another website, that one is old (but still accepts entry and doesn't tell you anything about the new site). Every time I have service request they come up with new documentation requirements. First they needed the item receipt. Next time they needed the warranty receipt. They know exactly what warranty they sold me, and what my equipment is, all of my warranties and equipment serial numbers were registered with them right when I bought them. Yet they always come up with ways to drag you around indefinitely to make sure you just get fed up and repair the item at your cost. Stay away from **** Warranty.

    This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting on a $600 reimbursement check for almost a year! No one from the management team will return my phone calls or emails. Unbelievably unprofessional. Do not purchase a warranty from this company, I believe it is a scam.

    I have a warranty on my refrigerator with mack camera I sent in a request and spoke to an agent Over 2 weeks later and I was not contacted to fix it They claim they did not get a bill of sale but they did not ask for it when I initially filed and spoke to the lady on the phone She told me that they will call me soon to repair They claim to have sent out an email for the info yet it was sent to my spam and no one contacted me for the bill of sale which I have and sent them today I would like the money I spent on the warranty back as I had to pay someone to fix it and obviously could not wait so long without a frig.

    Oh my gosh... I read all the reviews and I'm literally crying along from ur pain. I'm in the same boat. I'm waiting alrea styd for 1 whole year for a reimbursement. My stove was broken but still useful. I called finally scheduled an appointment waited home all day and no one showed up. They cancelled without letting me know. When they finally showed up the repair guy broke my stove and left without telling me. I turned it on the whole stove blew up burning the sides of my cabinets and almost killing everyone in my home. Fast fwd a yr and I'm still waiting for my check. **** worldwide is a scam a cheat and a lie. We should form a support group for all the people who have been harmed by them.Appliance stores should stop offering their services. They're a scam

    This place will break your merchandise and lie to you about how it happened. I took my ** in for repair. the screen had been damaged from the inside they say they couldn't find a panel to replace it. I picked up my ** with a crack on the outside a very long crack and the top of the ** frame had a dent in it. **** the assistant manager was no help he insisted that he saw on a monitor where I picked up my ** and it had no crack in it I don't know about you guys but I'm retired state police investigator and I used to watch monitors all the time for a living. CAMERAS do not pick up cracks on ** screens especially from 30 TO 50 ft away secured in a ceiling. This place is the worst avoid it like you would avoid the PLAQUE. I didn't see the crack myself until I got home and i immediately emailed them right away. After 2 weeks i called and **** said he had not check the emails lately. WOW he doesn't check emails. What kind of place is this. BEWARE

    Unfortunately **** just doesnt respond. My oven has needed repair for some time. ****** from **** responded to one email and then never responded to my reply. I got someone on the phone who said it would be 4-6 weeks to get a repairmen. So I requested reimbursement to get my own repair. No problem - but the only person who can approve that is....******. Hmmm... Dont buy a **** warranty. Period.
