  In general your website and customer ********************** number are difficult to actually get any useful information from. It's hours are not conducive to when the actual labs are open. If you call the location number you can not talk to a person. Labs that are ordered and needed and reoccurring every week are not popping out results in a timely manner, which is a disservice. It is a disappointment and downgrade to Healthcare. And you should consider making some changes

  The people who work there in the labs are very nice but the company makes it impossible to talk to a person for technical support for the terrible app. They don't send a security code so I can't log in but there is NO WAY to contact technical support. There are no live people who work there to help with the app. They have gone overboard with their reliance on Chat that is useless. Most frustrating app I have ever seen and I've seen some pretty bad ones. They are now at the top of the list for companies that don't give a darn about their customers.

  The phlebotomist was very professional. She was very personable and cheerful all through the procedure. She also took time to help a colleague who had a difficult patient (child) to deal with. She took permission to go and assist. I was pleased that she cared that much. Her presence there resolved the issue and her colleague was able to proceed while she came back to attend to me. That is very kind of her.

  Terrible company. If you can use someone else. Just trust me on this one. Liver transplant recipient. So i have had my blood done a lot. Just to much to write.

  This is for the ********* in ********, ** I have made two trips to their lab in the past two weeks for lab work. The first time I did not schedule and appointment and left. The second time I did schedule and appointment.***** does not maintain any employees up front and the only time an employee is seen is to call a person to the back, Everything is run by software and the software is severely lacking. Customers have not way to talk to the company and it can be a very frustrating experience. I recommend any lab other then *****. This coming from a customer of ***** for the past 35 years.

  My technician was friendly, courteous, professional and caring. I am deathly afraid of needles but she did an excellent job in talking me through the bloodwork and she had no difficulty in drawing the blood. Im extremely happy with my visit and will continue to visit this site for my future needs.

  Quest sent my bloodwork to the wrong Doctor. Then they messed up the re draw bloodwork as well. Now I've been informed if my Doctor isn't in their network they don't send test results, I have to pick them up. It's been 6 months and 3 blood draws later and the Doctor still doesn't have results. Never ever use this lab.

  Won't take you if no one is ahead of you. Been waiting over a hour. They need more people to draw blood. Make the system move faster. People have lived to live.

  The worst lab experience I ever had. Appointments can be booked only in advance. If you didn't book, wait for hours to come in. Be ready to spend half of your day to GET NOTHING! I passed my tests and THEY JUST LOST IT! After waiting for a week, there were no results, nothing. They didn't even communicate it back.

  I had a high stress, time sensitive set of labs done for my pregnancy and this Quest Diagnostic location messed them up two separate times. It was a terrible experience and I would direct anyone to find somewhere else to get labs done. On my first attempt I was very clear about what labs were needed. I was told it would take about 10 business days to complete so after 10 days I reached out and they had no record of the labs, no details in my file. Not only was the labwork no where to be found but they had no evidence I even had them drawn in the first place. Because I already cleared these labs with my insurance with Quest I had the labs sent again to this location. On my second attempt, I had the labs drawn and after 10 business days I called again to be told to wait a few more days. So I called two days later to be told my labs had sat all this time and not been worked on because a signature was needed. I ended up finding out they faxed my doctor at an incorrect fax number so no fax was ever received and no signature provided and so my labwork went no where. When the signature was finally received I waited another ten days only for the lab work to come back inconclusive. I cant describe how frustrating and stressful this was. I was told Id receive a call from the manager of the location to discuss what may have happened and heard nothing.
