      This particular Avis as THE WORST customer service out of all the surrounding locations. When you call the "franchise owner" ******* is very rude, speaks over guest when they're talking and trying to ask questions. She always states they're no vehicles available when they actually are. Has no professionalism about herself, walks away when you are speaking to her, she act as if you've done something to her by simply trying to rent a car. ********* attitude ALONE would make you not want to deal with the company as a whole. In these economic times everyone has something going on, but it doesn't hurt to be kind especially when someone is attempting to be kind to you. If this business is too stressful for her she may need to seek help or go into a different business because servicing the public does not seem like it's for her. Her tone and demeanor is very rude and nasty. Owning the franchise doesn't mean you get to behave however you want the company that you're representing still has codes of conduct and I'm sure she's not following it.

      Reservations are booked based on our expected availability, however when vehicles are returned back late or returned damaged it can cause us to not have the availability we had expected. In these cases the customer who booked their reservations first will be provided the vehicles. As your reservation was booked less than 24 hours in advance, if the locations has upcoming reservations that booked before yours, the cars would be held for the reservations booked first.

      Bad customer service at the desk and 800# No Professionalism sympathy or compassion the agents are very argumentative. You make one mistake you get punished for life, they make a mistake they just give you a. Im sorry we apologize.

      DO NOT RENT at ****************************************************************! This location engages in a massive fraudulent scheme. I just discovered that I was charged nearly $300 in toll fees for my recent rental from a state that I didn't even travel to. Not only did Avis steal my money, but I was not even notified about this charge by email, or mail. I was told today that Avis doesn't have my email. Really? So to cover up this fraudulent scheme, Avis is not even sending receipts knowing that most people don't in fact check their credit card statements. It is just a numbers game for you, I see, 90% of people won't discover these sneaky charges. Today, I finally demanded the receipt and I see a frantic state line crossing log I was billed for that resembles an **** car activity. What kind of fraud is this?For what I have been put through, Avis should not only reimburse the tolls, but waive the rental charge altogether.Shame on you, AVIS, you can do better!

      Same. ******* customer service with fake names for employees. ****, my 1st ***** after the ridiculously circuitous customer service automated **********************, (5 min wasted) he transfers me to reservations... all I want is an account specialist. Im.over it. AVIS is another fat corporate pig rolling over humanity with no desire to truly serve or assist. AVIS customer service is a self serving maze that only serves to enrage and confound.

      My husband and I return a car rental the Savanah airport drop off for Avis. I stupidity left my small purse in the car. It took us twenty minutes to back to avis. I got my purse back minus the 250. Dollars and change that was in it. I know it was my mistake to leave it. The employee who found it should not have gone through it to take the money. That company employee a thief. Others should be aware before using this company.

      Never ever rent a car from Avis from any stand alone store or from any airport including *************************!!!! They are nothing but a scam!! They are too and over charged. You will not get any of your deposit back. I would prefer to give them zero stars!!! Worst company ever!! I paid over ****** dollars for Saturday through Thursday of which two of those days it stayed in the garage. Barely put any miles or used any gas and still over ****** of which I had already prepaid ****** plus ******. So please stay away from this company!!!

      Dear Avis Customer Service,I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the condition of the vehicle I recently rented from your **********, ** branch. Upon picking up the Chevrolet Suburban, I was extremely disappointed to find it in an unacceptable state.The vehicle was filthy both inside and out, with visible dirt and debris. Additionally, it had multiple dents and scratchesall over the body, indicating poor maintenance. The interior reeked of cigarette smoke, making for an unpleasant and unprofessional experience. More concerning, the tires were nearly bald, posing a potential safety hazard. On top of this, the radio, Bluetooth, horn and turn signals turned on and off while driving, further highlighting the lack of proper upkeep.Upon noticing these issues, I immediately requested a replacement vehicle. However, I was informed that there were no other available options, leaving me no choice but to proceed with this subpar vehicle for my business trip. Given the unacceptable condition of this rental, I strongly believe that this vehicle should not have been in your fleet, let alone offered to a customer.This experience falls far below the standards I have come to expect from Avis. As such, I am requesting a full refundupon returning the vehicle. I trust that Avis values customer satisfaction and safety, and I look forward to a prompt resolution to this matter.Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise on the next steps regarding my refund request.

      Zero stars!!I chose to do the ******************* the car came late and was picked up 2 hours late. The customer service number has a wait time of 20 plus minutes. There needs to be restitution for the customer. ********************** has not full filled there scheduling times for the contract. Dont use the valet service from ****

      This Avis location will try to falsely charge you for fuel when your vehicle is returned with a full tank. We filled up within 2 miles of the airport and were charged $82.71 from Avis for 7 gallons of fuel. The tank was full and no fuel was needed. Make sure you take a photo of your fuel gauge when in the return lane. I would also ask for a receipt showing the vehicle was returned with full fuel. They let you leave with no receipt and state "you are good to go", but then try to add charges after the fact. Not a trustworthy location.

      The rental and the process was standard and satisfactory. I received a bill after I was charged for tolls that occurred after I returned my rental. I even had a local toll service active during the rental and paid all my tolls. Toll chat was no help and I was told I would have to go through a process and provide proof that I paid my own tolls. I took issue with having to prove anything because I had returned the car prior to the charges. I should not have to prove anything regarding tolls and should not have to go through this process. my refund should be immediate because I could not have incurred the charges. Now they have my money and are withholding it from me.
