      "My New Bentley purchased at FC Kerbeck was delivered to my office in there truck , I noticed the white steering wheel and white headliner had black marks from dirty hands hand prints ,the top of the dash was wiped with a dirty rag the inside of the windows had a film with streaks, it been over a month and my temp license plates have expired I called and they said another 10 days ,never once apologized I called and emailed the general manager Mr REMOVEDand has not responded responded"
