      My New Bentley purchased at FC Kerbeck was delivered to my office in there truck , I noticed the white steering wheel and white headliner had black marks from dirty hands hand prints ,the top of the dash was wiped with a dirty rag the inside of the windows had a film with streaks, it been over a month and my temp license plates have expired I called and they said another 10 days ,never once apologized I called and emailed the general manager Mr ******* and has not responded responded

      Three weeks ago I purchased a 2021 XT 5 ******** from Kerbeck ******** Two weeks later I return to Kerbeck to pick up my Floor Mats, that I recently purchased I talked to ******* who sold me the ********.I brought ******* attention to my dashboard which had bubbled up from the sun.I was informed by ******* not to worry about paying for the damage dashboard, he informed me Kerbeck ******** would take care of it. He also informed me not to call him back, That he would contact me in two weeks. I will make my first payment in two weeks which means the car will officially belong to me. I want Kerbeck ******** to repair my dashboard without complications.This brings me to reason why Im contacting you I would like my dashboard to be ************ appreciate if you look further into this matter Thank you very much ****** ******
