      I purchased my vehicle from them 2/14/22 by April or May ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************** June the system started messing up again sreen black no sound nothing was working. They didnt take my extended warranty so I went to ********************* who went through gm and they said I didnt have to use my warranty because theres been known problems with the system and that they would credit me a new system I ask kerbeck if they would honor it and do the work they said no so ****** replaced it and now 4 weeks later the new system isnt working I had to take it back and get another replacement and they are currently doing that now and its not working I feel like kerbeck sold me a bad vehicle Im paying a lot of money monthly and paid a lot of money for the vehicle I thought they were a reputable business but they just push my along

      We're sorry that *********************** has had issues with the *** screen in the vehicle. Unfortunately, we do not accept non-GM warranties in our service department. If ****** made repairs, the vehicle would have to return to them if there are still issues.

      Because I purchased the vehicle from FC Kerbeck in February and the cue screen started acting up in April they wouldnt fix it so I took it somewhere else it was there issue from the beginning the car was giving me problems since I got it

      Unfortunately, even if the *** screen malfunctioned in April, there was no warranty on the vehicle which would have covered the repair.  We recommend that you return to ****** and have them address the situation since they had made some type of repair.

      I brought my 2012 Aston ****** Vantage in for yearly service in April. In June, after about 500 miles of driving, the car breaks down 100 miles from home. I had it towed back to kerbeck. About 6 weeks later i get a call that they had a flood in their lot and my car was under water in their lot. All it needed was a transmission hose but they never did the work and the car sat for 6 weeks. I was told to call MY insurance and file a claim. I was devastated. My father had just passed away 6 months prior and left me his pride and ***************** ****** Vantage that was now totaled! **** in the service department took no responsibility. No apologies whatsoever and no solutions other than call my insurance and good luck.Heres where it gets even worse, they wouldnt release my car to my insurance until they paid $4781 for parts and labor for repairs. The repairs were never done. The parts were never put in my car. I was told they were special order parts and couldnt be returned so i had to pay for them. After explaining to **** that what he was doing was illegal, he promptly offered to waive the $4781 bogus charges. Now i lost my fathers Aston for nothing i did. FC KERBECK wont take my calls or do anything for me. They told me its not their fault their lot was flooded. However , there service center is located IN A FLOOD ZONE! Dont they have liability? Ive never been treated so poorly in my life. And to top it off, ********************************* himself listened to my story and just walked away from me. I had tears in my eyes from my fathers car being totaled and ***** could care less. NO apology. No offer for reimbursement or replacement or ANYTHING.Attached is the bill that KERBECK submitted to my insurance for work that was never done!

      Unfortunately, ************************** Aston ****** was at our facility back in June of 2021 when portions of ********** and ************ experienced torrential rain storms with severe flooding. During this time his vehicle was damaged from the high waters. 

      We would have suggested that ********************* contact his insurance carrier so that he would receive the best handling of the claim.  Insurance companies will subrogate claims with each other after they are settled to determine liability.

      Sadly, we are not able to change the fact that this incident occurred and the vehicle was declared a total loss. 

      We did not receive any payments for parts or labor.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      FC Kerbeck service center is located in a flood zone. They have the responsibility to move cars out of the flood zone to the new car dealer which is not in a flood zone.  They did not take proper precautions, knowing that severe storms were forecasted all day. They should zero care and took no precautions to love my car and 7 others that were also totaled that day.  They offered me absolutely nothing in return for totaling my car. These people are heartless pigs.
