    one star for lack of having a zero-star option. they're scammers selling you insurance you do not need and have already paid for. they make it look like they're modifying your reservation and saving you money, however in reality they are just scamming you into buying more unnecessary insurance. funny enough, they don't provide any electronic or paper copy of what they make you sign

    Every request I made was met except for the vehicle model I initially booked in my reservation but when they didn't have an SUV they gave me a discount on a full size car. The shuttle service from the airtrain was excellent. The office on-site is clean and the line moved fast.

    There were unexpected charges and fees associated with the rental. But, the staff was excellent, the vehicle was awesome and initial rental rate was very affordable. Had the rental for a week with no issues with the car. It ran well and gas efficiency was great! I would rent again from them again now that I understand their price structure. There was definitely a difference between certain charges shown on the website and those reflected was at the checkout counter!!
