      Living in a house thats almost 100 years old, theres always something that needs to be updated. Seems that companies dont know what customer service means anymore.When I had ********************** replaced by Castle Windows, I was awed by their service and professional treatment! They actually communicate with the customer! They do what they say, at the price quoted, without hidden costs and faster than expected. And the windows are great! Best company Ive ever worked with!

      I just purchased my house 2 years ago. I knew it needed new windows. I used Castle in the past but still wanted to price shop. I was thrilled that they inspected each and every window and informed me that not all of them need replaced. They were not the cheapest replacement windows but the sales person, the attention to detail and the fact that they cared enough to not make me spend unnecessary money spoke volumes. They came quicker than anticipated and the installers did a fantastic job installing and cleaning up behind themselves. I would recommend them to anyone. TOP NOTCH SALES AND SERVICE!

      Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and nice. We had a new door with full sidelights installed at our home. The door arrived and was installed 2 months earlier then what we were expecting. The installers did a great job and really took their time to make sure everything was right. Loving the new door!!

      They did a nice job they did an okay job of cleaning up the windows are great but they did break one of my bushes I've been waiting for a call back I've never gotten it yet

      We lived in our house for 35 years and had our original wooden windows. I called several window companys and choose Castle Window for a couple of reasons. First, I loved the color choices for the exterior and totally improved the look of my house, besides being very energy efficient. Second, I liked that they are the same company for manufacturing and installation, it made for a smooth process. Love my new windows! Thank you!

      The entire process from the initial sales call through the installation was flawless. The sales representative was professional and extremely knowledgeable. The installation crew was polite and worked efficiently to get the replacement windows installed.
