      They do not service repairs. On 2 large bay windows and one single window installed on the same day. All 3 needed repairs. After 6 months of sending emails, pictures, more emails & pictures they ordered the repairs in Nov. of 2021. Aug. of 2022 the wrong widow repair parts arrived. It’s now Feb. 2023 and was just told the repair parts were ordered in Dec. of 2022. Do not order their windows if you expect them to stand by there warranty. Especially since the interior of the panes fill with condensation and you are unable to see through them for years.

      Purchased windows purposely because of their lifetime warranty. Now that I needed warranty repairs of course I get bounced around. Appointment window of 9am to 1pm and the tech comes at 2pm. Also they did not come out with the correct amount of replacement windows. I have emails and pictures sent to customer service describing the issues but when I spoke to someone about it they said they only had one replacement window down. She was very adamant about it and I even offered to forward the email showing the entire conversation explaining the number of windows affected along with pictures. No one communicates there!

      I had a sliding storm door installed in September of 2022. Installation was terrible. They did an awful job with replacing wood around the door and the spackle that they did was all cracked and all over the wall. Today, 1/31/23, I had a service appointment with ********** He came to my home on time to fix the shoddy job the installers did. He was courteous, explained everything he was going to do, and cleaned up after he was done. Castle Windows needs to employ more people like ************ would definitely recommend Castle Windows to friends.

      ************** had my the windows in my entire house replaced in 2018. What I like about Castle is the warranty, they have come out to repair the windows, corking, when needed. Do to the cold weather I am having my patio door replaced. Looking forward to that no more drafts. Sorry I didn't do this when my windows were replaced. I have been a satisfied costumer.

      Horrible experience with their customer service department. Very rude and disrespectful. If I could leave zero stars I would. All they want is your money. I had several windows replaced and a storm door that was supposedto be installed. What was supposed to be a two day job, its turning into two months and still on going. The company is seeking payment without finishing the initial installation and is calling it a service call. When we asked them for a date when they will return we were told that they will not return until we sign the certificate of completion. We do not have a problem with signing but as soon as they complete the job. We are getting harassing phone calls stating that they are going to call the bank to release payment and they are not sending anyone to finish the job. All we want if for the initial job to be completed. Upon reading other reviews I see that they are not trust worthy and I'm afraid if I sign the document without them completing the full job they will not return and I will be stuck making payments on something that is not done.

      Replaced all my windows and doors after Hurricane *****, even those unaffected by the 4 feet of water in my home. The front kitchen window never locked. They came 3 times to fix it and it worked for one day. Since July (10 years later) they have been at my house 3-4 times to measure, take pictures, place an order for new window, and back to take more pictures and measure. Unreal! Three times they were a no show with some assinine excuse, but then reschedule anywhere from one week to 2 months later for their next available even though you were their next call. I suggested I have another company fix the window but that would void my warranty ! Heaven forbid! Do yourself a favor and dont buy from Castle Windows, even with their lifetime ******** warranty.
