  I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with Castle Windows to help others make informed decisions.I ordered and paid upfront for a replacement door handle kit 10 weeks ago. Since then, *** had two separate technician visits - neither brought the materials I ordered and paid for. Both trips were a complete waste of time for everyone involved.When I requested a refund for the service they havent provided, my request was denied. Im now out both my money and my time, with no resolution in sight.I believe customers deserve better treatment than this. If youre considering Castle Windows for your home improvement needs, Id recommend exploring other options or at minimum, getting everything in writing before paying upfront.Has anyone else experienced similar issues with this company?#CustomerService #HomeImprovement #ConsumerAwareness

  My initial order was entered incorrectly which I immediately addressed and a change order was entered. Installation day I received the initial, incorrect order which they never correct or made good on. I had an older, but still functioning hard-wired security system that I told the installers upon arrival and they still cut all of the wiring. The only part of my system that still works are the doors. I have one window that continuously leaks and another that has a leaking issue probably on the outside trim piece that they placed where water will run down a 2-3 inch section in the middle of the screen and will also freeze there in the winter. A company representative was supposed to come out again today between 9-1 but was a no-show with absolutely no communication of this to me while Im waiting. If you can get through to the right person they give plenty of lip service, but absolutely no action. My issues are yet to be resolved. Choose your window replacement company very carefully. Some are out there to make the sale, but avoid following up or fixing any issues even with their advertised warranty.

  **************** is terrible. Our warranty window needed to be replaced and it is like pulling teeth trying to get it done but the new window installation got done immediately. Now the warranty people gave us the incorrect repair date for our defective, warranty window.Find another company...

  The contract with them stated that my ***lacement windows (4) would me the same width, so my window blind would fit. But the windows the put in are inches to small. I have contacted Castle Window and they refuse to keep do anything. So the window blinds I paid over $800.00 for a few months ago don't fit. And I made sure it was in my contract that the ***lacement windows would fit the blinds and their *** agreed they would.Not happy with them at all.

  Hi I used Castle Window for my home. I am so pleased with them. *** **** crew was great. They were on time and professional. The crew got to work right away laying down plastic to cover the floor and furniture. They also vacuum up when they were done. The windows look great and I will be calling them again for future projects. I am one happy customer. ******* T

  I ordered a metal door back in July.Twice Castle Windows and Doors postponed the delivery and installation of my metal door.First was due to rain and second was due to truck broke down a few days in before my delivery date.They refuse to refund me due to it's in the contact yet, there is nothing about postponing my delivery due to rain and no truck.

  We had a Castle Window and Door representative come out back on 07/17/2023 estimate. We had signed a contract for a replacement front door, storm door, and two side lights. Everything was great until the first ********* came out. Everything that could be done wrong install a door, they did. The door was missing insulation around the whole door frame, the front door and side lights and front door were not hung square (this would cause the door to be almost impossible to lock in some weather), the back of the door had a dent from an ********* not paying attention while installing trim. 2nd visit, **** from Castle came out to look at the door, hardware, and the door gap. He also installed a peephole in the door while we waited for the replacement.3rd visit, *********s removed all the side lights and door. They replace the door, but door was not hung square again.4th visit, *********s removed all the side lights and door again and finally got the door installed square. At this point, the door still had no peephole installed.5th visit, ********* came out to install peep sight into door and wound up scratching the back of the door and do a horrible job of touching up the door.6th visit, repairman install missing hardware and attempt to fix the bad touch up from ********* 7th visit, repairman came out to touch up the sand **** on the back of the door now making it worse than it has ******* this point we have had about seven *********s/representatives/repairmen come out to repair and/or replace parts that were installed by their company. The second door now looks worse than it has been since being installed. I have been told about how everything has a lifetime guaranty, but it doesnt matter if they cant get the door installed correctly the first, second, or even third time.After spending $12k and time we has to take off of work, for the door, side lights, and storm door. All I want at this rate is a new door and to never deal with this company again.
