2 starsI would like to file a complaint against this company who keep charging my account 2 and 3 times a month and I call them on it they never refund my account so today I canceled my account but I really want my money refunded back to me. Can you help me. Just a single senior citizen on a fixed income and I need my money.

1 starThe worse company ever!!!! The reps have no idea what the contract says so they kept repeating, "im sorry but you're not covered under this.. or that" then in the same sentence, say that we are only covered under the exact plan. There is never a supervisor available. We have been paying for a plan for 3 years and when we finally called, they are telling us that our issues is not exactly what they cover. They won't send anyone out to verify where the problem is stemming. We asked them to cancel our service and they stated that they are not authorized to do that either. Worthless company. Do not waste your money or time, it will add frustration once you need them. They are never available to provide services, or their favorite line.. "you're not covered ". Well guess what.. "you're not getting any more of my money". Scammers.American Water Resources, LLC

1 starI have just gone through the most ridiculous garbage with the NJ American Water Company. There was a period of time where the
sewer line from the street to my mother's house was continually clogged. During this period of time, we got the runaround from the insurance company that provides water/sewer line protection. They basically told us that nothing we could say mattered. They were not going to pay to replace the sewer line. My mother has been paying for this protection plan for forty years, but, they didn't give a damn. I just cancelled coverage and I am hoping that everybody I know cancels theirs and teaches these scum a lesson. If we can get one thousand people to cancel their service, that will be nineteen thousand a month they lose. It's time to stand up against these ******* greedy pigs.American Water Resources, LLC

It's nonsense. They tried to reach out with some phony garbage. The fact that my mother paid the insurance for 40 years and they refused to cover work that needed to be done 40 years of wasted insurance money they are a bunch of lying scumbags and you should have hundreds of complaints I've heard from so many people since I posted online and ********Review fromTimothy D

1 starI'm in *******,** this company is the worst. I paid for the year, had a problem they sent out a ******* that tried to charge me to snake out my basement, he didn't show no ID also he had no pipe camera to survey the pipes, Then the next day I called to see when they was going to start work and was told my claim was denied, I sent an email got one response then they cut off all contact that was in January 2023. May 2023 I noticed they had made a $95.76 withdrawal from my checking account Im in the process of getting my money back now I told them in an email that I no longer need their services and asked for a partial payment back never heard from AWR. My opinion, this company is just shamming customers out of their money and never plans to honor their obligation... ....American Water Resources, LLC

1 starOur claim was opened 10 days ago. The contractor assigned, ******** and Sons, showed up once, determined they would need to excavate and have never returned or communicated with **. Sewage backing up in our home for 10 days was not acceptable. We were forced to remedy the situation on our own and are seeking reimbursement.I have been in touch with customer service numerous times since opening the claim with no assistance in resolving the matter. When I called on 5/22/23, reimbursement forms were to be sent to my email within 3 business days and have yet to arrive.An attempt again today didn't work out any better. My request to speak with management was ignored and the rep disconnected my call.American Water Resources, LLC

Yes, after 3 weeks of requesting reimbursement forms, we finally received them and submitted the completed forms back to American Water Resources. However, the forms were submitted a week ago via email. We requested confirmation of receipt of the forms which we have not yet received.Review fromNancy T

1 starI call American water resources for sewer line pipe problems they send company to fix it onec the company finished there's job the left soil on ground I called American water resources about this issue and told them what happened and how that the company they send didn't finish their job they told me they can't do anything and when I ask to talk to there supervisor they told me he can't talk to me. the customer of ********************** is really badAmerican Water Resources, LLC

1 starI am a Senior and on a fixed income. I wanted to be proactive so I wanted to have a sewer protection plan. However prior to, I contacted The BBB to see if this was a legitimate company. I was assured the company had a good rating with The BBB. So I enrolled. When I was told I had a break in my sewer line by MLG&W, I contacted AWR and they made a claim #******. However for the next 9 days waiting for help, I was told by AWR they were unable to find a company to do the repair locally. I then asked if I found a company if I would be reimbursed. I spoke with *****. I was told what documents to send in, which I did after being told my policy covered the cost but the reimbursement may take up to 30 days. It has been over a year now. My claim number,a cover letter detailing what was done,and because of what damage,the invoice (from the contractor) and proof of payment were all the documents AWR said I had to submit. I guess my next recourse will be to go to the ************************** HELPAmerican Water Resources, LLC

1 starWorst company. I lost my money for at least 8 years. My sewer line collapsed and they didnt repair the damage. They sent a contractor to check it out and the conclusion was the damage was caused for a third party company which is ********** American Water what is false of course. I dont understand why American Water ** keep an agreement with American Water Resources to offer that fraudulent insurance. ****************American Water Resources, LLC
