I sent the request for a refund via the IndieGoGo webiste (the site in which I submitted payment) to REMOVEDof REMOVED, REMOVED(owner of ALL CAPS Comics - an international million-dollar business based in REMOVED) and I haven't received a response. I request a refund of $137 from the "Cyberfrog 3: Red Extermination" campaign which is a comicbook that has not been completed, nor printed, nor shipped, so there is no reason to refuse my request for refund since the payout from IndieGoGo, or the payments to the printer haven't been made. While I've been waiting for a response, REMOVEDhas been on REMOVEDlive-streams talking about his gambling addiction - he's now gambling online as well as in REMOVED. While gambling may be legal in the State of REMOVED, I don't think using funds from crowdfunding comics to sustain a gambling addiction is good business practice. I have submitted a complaint with the New Jersey BBB - ALL CAPS Comics didn't appear in their registry so they may be just learning about this international million-dollar business. I have contacted the company again this morning (this time via email: REMOVEDand asked, again, for them to refund or at least respond to let me know if I need to provide additional info to process my request. Since the campaign is still available on REMOVEDI would think providing a refund directly through the same process that I paid would be easy. Thank you for any assistance you can provide in resolving this problem.
