    I am very pleased with the screen door I purchased from Ace Home Improvements. ****** was a pleasure to work with and answered all of my questions. Her estimates of the cost of the job and the time frame to have the job finished were accurate. The screen door was installed properly and I am glad I purchased it from Ace Home Improvements.

    We had a few doors and about 15 windows replaced with Ace Aluminum. They were on time, professional, courteous, neat and completed the windows and our sliding glass door all in one day. I would definitely use them again. From the owner of the company to the office staff to the actual installers, everyone was so nice and very accommodating. It was a wonderful experience.

    **** gave us an itemized breakdown of what was going to be done and what it would cost. ***** was able to expedite the materials for our siding weeks before the manufacturer originally said based on our situation of needing it fine ASAP. As soon as the materials came in they pretty much started by taking and getting rid of the old siding and installing our new siding. Everything looks great. Thanks ACE.

    We recently hired Ace Home Inprovements to install 3 MyQ garage door openers, as well as a new entry door at our home. We coudnt have been happier with the customer service, quality of work and pricing. They have a great showroom and office which helped make the selection process easy and stress free! I would highly recommend them for any home improvement project!

    Not even worth the 1 star I am rating them. Signed up for new roof in 2020. They told me it would take 1 week but they couldn't start until the spring (It was Oct). They called back in Nov and said they could do it now! So excited I agreed. They ripped of the roof and a week later told me they cant finish it until the spring. They covered half ******* with a tarp to be there all winter in the snow! They didn't finish this until May. Called them back because ******* was leaking from a skylight that they closed up. They fixed it and then I get a bill for another $375 - they never told me they would be charging me and I did not agree to this before the services were rendered. I explained this and no response...over 2 years later I receive a bill for this again! Not worth the aggravation - find a different contractor to fix your home!

    There are a lot of facts that are not accurate in your negative review. First you contracted with Ace to do a new roof for you on November 29, 2018. (Not Oct. 2020). We completed your shingled roof on January 21, 2019. As we explained to you then, you have a flat roof as well that requires the temperature to be warmer for the roof to adhere. We did a courtesy tarp over that portion of your roof and explained to you that we would be back in the spring when the weather gets warmer to do this portion of your roof. We did in fact complete this portion of the roof in the spring on May 16, 2019. There was no issues or complaints at that time and the roof was paid in full. Then in February 28, 2021 you called about a leak. You asked us to send someone out to evaluate the leak. We sent our roofer out. If it was under warranty there would be no charge. The leak was around your existing skylights that were not replaced and not under warranty. We sealed around them and billed you $375 for the service call. You have not paid your balance. This entire bad review was because we recently called you to collect payment for your balance due.

    My roof was in bad shape and needed to be replaced soon. *** came and gave me an estimate within a few days. *** performed the job as soon as weather permits and did the job right at a reasonable price. Because we also removed skylights, *** was the only contractor that covers both roofing and interior framing and drywall work. I am happy with their work.

    Our project was the installation of front entry double doors. The Ace ********************* provided excellent service from the initial discussions and ordering to delivery. The customer service team headed by ***************************** did a great job keeping us informed regarding delivery status installation scheduling, team staffing and actual delivery. The installation team was very professional, neat and the doors were installed properly eliminating the drafts we had with the old doors. The capping work was outstanding!!!. We would recommend Ace Home Improvement highly.
