This company sends out "Domain Name Expiration Notices" that make it seem like you are doing business with them. It looks a lot like a bill unless you read carefully. Look at the section right above the Blue line reading "Period covered". There is a sentence that reads "This notice is not a bill, it is rather an easy means of payment should you decide to switch your domain name registration to Domain Name Services". It is very misleading, I recommend avoiding any company like this that does shady stuff.

I have received two invoices form this company soliciting a payment of $225.00 to renew my website domain name. I became suspicious because I never received such a solicitation in the past and I have had my site for several years. I reexamine the invoice and in the body above the invoice it does state the fee applies if you switch to IDNS. However, I believe the invoice is deceiving in the way it is presented. The first information you see when the envelope is opened is an invoice and it is easy to be fooled into believing it is a valid invoice, which it is not. In my opinion this company is SCAMMING business owners and consumers. They do not deserve one star let alone five.

This Company portrays itself as your current web domain provider with the expiration date of your actual provider in the solicitation. They say they "clearly" are offering a savings alternative which is a joke. Stay away!

Beware of these scammers. They send out a letter trying to scare you that your domain is about to expire and then offer to "take advantage of our best savings". Unfortunately, those best savings are many times higher than what anyone else charges. This is a complete scam. It is as close to illegal as you can get, but they are just slimy.

STAY AWAY WHEN YOU SEE DOMAIN REGISTRY! Absolute fraud from obnoxious morons who continue and will not stop sending deceitful marketing offers for their fake business which is only about extorting money for a service that legitimately costs a fraction of what they are trying to charge. Wonder who is on the payroll allowing them to operate all this time. BE ORIGINAL AND PRODUCTIVE BY PROVIDING A REAL BUSINESS THAT WILL BENEFIT PEOPLE AND NOT TRICK AND TAKE THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY! PATHETIC.

Don't understand why police does not do anything about this scammers !? Why are they allowing the fraud to perpetuate ? BBB should do more to put these losers behind bars.

Received their domain notice - I use Wix and they bill me for the domain. Got a very rude representative (no name provided) asking me if I even knew how to spell my own domain address. I replied back they are ignorant and scammers and then get an email saying I made just the kind of response they expected for someone who couldn't spell. Not sure how these people are still in business with all these negative reviews. If you get a notice from them (DOMAIN REGISTRY (http://util.com - same address as noted for IDNS) just TOSS IT.

I was sent solicitation from this company to renew my domain. It looks legitimate until I remembered that my domain server emailed me renewal information and was legit. it was not this company. DO NOT SEND YOUR INFORMATION.
