    Our company signed up with WorkWave/********** expecting a professional-grade software solution for landscaping and outdoor services. After two months of setup attempts, the platform was still completely unusable for our team. Despite multiple support requests, we were never able to get the system operational.Weve since switched to Aspire, where we were able to get fully implemented and running with all crews within two days proving the issue was not with our team, but with the product itself.WorkWaves response to our cancellation request has been disappointing and unprofessional. They continue to insist on billing us through 2026 for a product that was never ************* my opinion, this company misrepresents its capabilities and fails to deliver a usable or supported product, particularly for small- to mid-sized service businesses. I would strongly advise any landscaping or lawn care business to look elsewhere for software. Aspire has been everything we expected WorkWave to be at half the cost and with real support.

    Workwave/Pestpac is not worth the time and effort. They **** you in with over promised sales and make you sign a contract for a year even if you dont like the software. And if dont like and dont use it they send you to collections without even trying to tell you. They are crappy overpriced company and they are not willing to work with small companies just trying to get by.

    Despite repeated (over 10) requests to speak to someone over the phone with a billing question, cannot reach a live person or get a response to email question. Awful service.

    This company has been stealing from me for the last six months. Their app is completely unusable. and for some reason you need to take college courses on how to use their unusable app. Ive been calling and emailing for months trying to get them to stop stealing from me back in February. They told me they would stop stealing from me, they are still stealing from me their thieves they offered no service and keep charging you every month. I tried their app its useless. I tried telling them their app is useless. Thats when they sprung it on me that I have to take a college course in order for it to work and save the locations. I work 13 hours a day six days a week I dont have time to take a college course on how to use a navigation app. Ive begged these people to stop stealing my money they refuse. Please dont get scammed by these guys.

    We have had a really disappointing experience with Workwave and their SA5 system. The technical support will threaten billable hours for helping you work through challenges with your software. The onboarding process was long and wasn't to our satisfaction. We tried to make it work for over a year but it just felt like given the other software out there this just isn't competitive anymore given the level of service by competitors and the ease of onboarding. My new account *** only reached out when I said we were going to cancel based on the behavior and threatening language that their service tech's provided. We have come to find out that your need to submit your plans to cancel 45 days in advance to the commitment we made. Just feels frustrating and we are very disappointed with how our experience went. I would suggest using other platforms. The contract that you sign has a hyperlink to a very long contract. The sales *** did not let us know of the 45 day cancellation period when we signed up. They just were not up front about the contract when we started.

    Terrible company. They never answer the phone and it takes them five days for a call back. When they call you back they use a type of slybroadcast which they can leave a voicemail without your phone ringing, and when you call them back, you guessed it they dont answer and you have to leave a message. I would give ZERO STARS if possible. AVOID this company and any of their associated company since they have bought out many companies.

    This company is a scam. They promise you the best operational software for your local lawn care business but when you start to use it it quickly becomes obvious that the product doesnt work and trying to get help is next to impossible. Theyre a scam company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!! Im currently seeking legal advice to try to terminate my contract. I never even made it out of the initial setup phase because there were sooo many problems with the software. I couldnt even get answers to my login in question for 5 business days. So now Im going around to every platform I can find to try to warn others about this horrible company.

    They want to hold you to a contract. They will jot allow you to cancel...no matter what. It's a way for them to make money whether youn use their software or **** The salesperson doesn't tell you that during the phones conversations or electronic signing agreements.

    Paid for this service for a year a lot of money for me- own a small business Got sucked in to it Now I owe a big bill and have not received anything This business is a scam. Do not get sucked in Im so ****** right now !3K for what no type of service what so ever!Just close shop and quit ripping off customers ****
