Refund and Exchange Policy
1 year warranty on parts and labor if manufacturer defect is present.  Accidental damage caused by person, i.e. liquid spillage, or accidental drops are not covered under the warranty.  Customers may cancel their order within 30 days minus a 20% restocking fee, if in original condition and original packaging.  On rental unit, customers may cancel anytime minus the 25% cancellation fee.
