    Was seeking information about products & pricing on their website.Turns out I was placing an order,highly deceptive. Ive been trying to contact them all day to cancel the order. They are impossible to get through to. Only way is through email or phone message. They even arranged financing, which I never agreed to. And , they have already shipped the kit. These people are thieves.

    Paid in full for temporary denture offer cheat received. The temporary denture does not fit and irritate my gum. I called several times left a message. They never answer me never called me back. I just want to figure out how to fit the temporary denture in my mouth without irritating my gum, I cannot use it the way it is

    At first I didn't have any problems but it seams like they couldn't correct my request and I believe I have been in business about 18 month of ***** a month was the cost 800 I have made 760$ 5 months of payment this would be the last payment with them because I have left phone messages and emails but they stop replying so I just want to get what I paid in

    Received my fitted dentures on 2-19 and they did not fit. I emailed same day and received a response to try hot water which i did several times, they do not fit. I have since called and left VM and emailed them almost every day. No one returns phone calls or emails. I am seeing many posts about this online. From their website:We stand behind our product and if you are not satisfied with it, even after we make a new one to get it to fit correctly, we offer a refund upon returning your device(s) within 30 days of receipt if you're not satisfied. It can take a little time to get used to wearing a new tooth replacement device. Yet most people forget they're wearing it within a few days or less. But if after giving it a try your new smile does not fit well enough, don't worry. ************** for you by either adjusting it or even remaking it for FREE.

    I ordered and received dental devices. They were not only extremely uncomfortable, but I was unable to eat with them. with the first bite they pop right out. I have emailed the company twice, and left two phone messages. I have received no response at all. I want to return them for a full refund and have no more charges made to my credit card. They do advertise that they guarantee their products.

I also have called your customer service number at least 5 times and left messages that go unanswered. I have returned the item and would like a full refund of all money paid thus far.     I ordered a retainer from them on 12/9/23, after mailing them back the molds for retainer, I received email on 1/22/24 with tracking number saying should receive retainer in 2 business days. as of 1/26/24 no information was updated for tracking product. Went out of town and came back 2/3/24. still nothing, tried to contact *** but they said they never received product to ship. Tried calling Resetsmile, but they have no live customer service reps, they have 5 options on their VRU but can only leave voicemail, I left 4 voicemails and sent about 10 emails to them. I received a voice mail last Wednesday 2/7/24 saying a new device would be mailed and I should receive new tracking information, I have not received that information. So again, left several voicemails along with emails to them. I am to be bills monthly for 10 months, I have now been billed 2 months without receiving the product. I have worked in the customer service industry for 25 years and this is by far the worst customer service. Don't know if this company is a scam, since I have read other customers with same inquiry. My goal is to receive the device but if they can not assist me with that, then I need to be refunded ASAP. thank-You for your time

    I ordered a replacement device due to the first order not fitting properly. I was mailed a new impression kit the beginning of January ****. Mailed the impressions back a few days later and havent heard from the company after numerous attempts of calling and emailing them.     Ordered upper partials 11-30-23 received device and it didn't fit. Company sent out new molds to remake impressions using a "better" mold. Received second device ******** and they didn't fit. Loose, ill fitting, can't use. I was willing to give them another chance until they disappeared on me. Sent video of issue which clearly shows how loose they are. I followed up with 4 emails and 4 phone calls since **** with no response. I am trying to cancel this order because I feel like I am being scammed. They have taken $162.00 x 3 payments so far. This has been a nightmare purchase from a sketchy company. They send you a product that doesn't work, then you can't get a hold of them, and they keep charging you. Really?

    Thank you for your follow up BBB.  I received the 3rd version of the device and it fit the best of all 3.  It is a more snug fit but the teeth parts are still loose and move.  Don't know if this is a normal fit or it can be better.  Will wear them for a couple of days to feel the fit.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     Resetsmile sent me a 3rd set of dentures that fit better than the first 2 but after wearing for a couple of days found that they hurt too much to wear.  They are ill fitting, I can't eat or talk with them.  I contacted the company and of course they disappeared.  Again sent numerous emails and phone messages with zero response.  Since November when I started this nightmare journey with Resetsmile they have never called me, I only receive automated responses.  Their product doesn't work and the company has the worst customer service and they keep charging my credit card.  I gave them 3 chances.  This is the worst customer experience of my life and just want to not think about them any more.  I want to cancel the order and get a refund and warn other potential unsuspecting good people to steer clear of this nightmare scenario.

    I paid for the service 12/6/23. When they sent my dental appliance, it didn't fit right, hurt extremely bad and caused sores. And was cosmetically off centered. I've been trying since 1/3/24 for an address to send back useless product and get a refund since there is no employee trying to make this right. I've sent numerous emails, and phone calls everyday. I received one email from *******, but she never followed through or responded back to my email. On January 3rd ****, I would had been open to them correcting their product but now I have no confidence in their customer service to make me satisfied and made whole.

    It is very vague. A step by step should be included in their response. Like what carrier to use... insurance? How long it will take them to do their job and process the return and credit. How long I should wait until I take the next step since I had to use the BBB to get any response from them. They never have operators to answer any phone calls. They never return phone calls or emails. I want in their response they will fully return my money since they did not make a satisfactory product, baited my purchase with promises they can't guarantee nor attempted to. Fool me once.

    They haven't issued me a refund for what they sent back nor have they sent me anything in the mail.


    It is not resolved. 


    This affects older people and low income families. I feel they prey upon the generation of people that are not savvy with modern technology and communication. Some people save up their money for this service because they don't have insurance. People go in pain and some can not eat while they wait for this company to get their act together and fulfill their guarantees listed on their website. 
    All customers need to know Reset is  not customer friendly, feed lies that elongate their complaint time which they will say it is outside 30 days guarantee because they dragged their feet resolving your immediate issue.  Maybe Reset doesn't have the employees or enough of them. Maybe management is not following up with their customer service team. Maybe they have cut costs. No matter their excuse or issue, they must be held accountable.

However I find that taking 3 months and contacting BBB to get any resolution is troublesome. Original date of invoice was December 6th 2023. Today is February 29th 2024. Please let future customers know "buyers beware".

    I don't think I would had seen any results without the help of the BBB.
