    I ordered the kit to receive a dental piece to replace a few missing top teeth that I have and received the Reset Smile impression kit, however, I cannot use the impression kit as I have crowns on my 6 front teeth and my dentist has advised that doing these impressions may loosen, pull out, or jeopardize my crowns. They do not state anywhere in their advertising that this could damage existing crowns and now I feel like I've paid for something I cannot use. I cannot reach the company to return this kit which I have not even opened and am now being charged by the finance company for the monthly payments. I want to return the kit and receive all of my money back and the financing canceled.

    I placed an order and spent almost ****** and when I tried to upload photos the website says can't find account. I contacted by chat and called days and days and the website doesn't work. Only one person does the chat and answers the phone. I believe this is actually foreign based and it's a scam. I want a refund immediately in full for nothing ever being done. I think with this companies history there should be a federal fraud investigation opened, which I will personally make sure of.

    I received my reset smile device on April 9, 2025. The device was too tight and caused unbearable pain. I reached out to Reset Smile on April 11, 2025 to let them know that the device was not a good fit. They sent an email stating that I need to explain and provide photos. I responded back and have not heard from them since. I've called and left several messages but no one has reached out

    Total scam. The tooth is smaller than my child's, it's rough, doesn't look real and the gum part doesn't fit properly. It looks nothing like the pictures shown of others. I reached out after they asked me what was wrong with the fit so they could assist and never got another response even after multiple follow **** They state you can eat with the device but there is no way you could eat without breaking the device they actually send you.     I am rejecting this response because:

    Why should I have to pay the return shipping on the falsely advertised tooth to get a refund? Reset smile sent a tooth that looks nothing like an adult tooth, doesn't fit properly and are scamming people with this.  I don't trust that me sending it back on my dime will guarantee they give me the refund.

    I ordered a resetsmile device, the end of January. I received it in the middle of March, the device did not fit, the teeth were too small and grossly discolored not matching my natural teeth and were 3 shades darker than my natural teeth. I have been contacting this company for over a month by email, and phone with no response at first I wanted a replacement with the correct color and size. Now I want my money returned to me. This has been an awful experience from the start! I just want my money back. No one ever responds, when you call you get an answering service that says someone will call you back and no one ever does!! PLEASE I just want my money returned and this nightmare to be behind me.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I purchased the device from this company, it was not the right color and did not fit. I spent months trying to contact the company trying to get it fixed and corrected. I decided to send the device back to the company for a refund. Instead of refunding my money they fraudulently tried to take more money out of my bank account!! Now this company has the device and my money! I want money back or I will file fraud charges with my bank and get my lawyer involved. This company never responds you can never through to anyone just an answering service. I want my money back!!

    **** ****** of Reset Smile committed to crediting me $683.94 for replacement charges that should have been covered by the replacement warranty I purchased. I have not received the credit and have called and emailed several times to clarify the matter. I have received either no response or, in one case, an email with a less than adequate response. **************** is horrible, beware.

    I was supposed to upload photos of my impressions before sending them back to ensure they were acceptable. I uploaded photos of my impressions a week ago and was told I would hear back within 6 hours. Then I was told 24 hours. Now it's been a week and I've heard nothing. I've sent 3 emails and called multiple times but you can't get through to anyone. They just took my money and ran. I want a full $438 refund immediately.

    I had two deductions on my bank account from these people. I didn't know who it was until I did some digging on the name on the deduction RESET TECHNOLOG ************** ENGLEWOOD CLI INJUS. I purchased a set of partials from them and paid them off Dec 27 2023. they withdrew 6.99 and ***** out of my account on July 28. I got no notice they were going to take anything out of my account. I want my money back and for them to delete my info from their system

    On February 21st, I prepaid $663.00 for a partial denture this company was to make for me + an additional $5.99 for the 1st monthly warranty premium (in case the device broke and needed replacing). After receiving the company's kit a couple weeks later, I sent in all the molds, photos and other items requested and ULTIMATLEY received the 1st partial denture on 3/22nd, which I reported to Reset Smile (verbally and in writing) on 3/23 did NOT fit, match my teeth or enable me to eat without it falling out. After several unreturned voice mails and unanswered emails, I finally got through to someone live and received a 'replacement' device (on 5/31/) that was worse than the 1st one. So, on June 12th, I returned everything and specifically requested a FULL REFUND OF THE $668.99 I'd paid in February (on my credit card) PLUS asked the company to immediately CANCEL the automatic, $5.99 A MONTH WARRANTY charges. They did neither. In fact, they never even acknowledged receipt of the return they signed for AND charged ANOTHER $5.99 AFTER receiving my return. (Note that RESET SMILE already has a copy of my credit card statement showing their charges, photos (of problems with their device), and **** signed receipt for my return on Jue 12th.)

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your company regarding the mold kit I purchased and the subsequent customer service.I recently received the mold kit. I eagerly attempted to utilize it by following the instructional video provided. However, I found the video to be lacking in verbal guidance on how to effectively utilize the kit, particularly in resetting the smile impressions. Despite this challenge, I did my best to follow the visual instructions and complete the impressions to the best of my ability.To my surprise, I received a phone call stating that I had sent partial images. I was relieved to receive the call, as I had been eagerly awaiting feedback and guidance. The woman on the call instructed me to send the images to a specific phone number, which I promptly did. Additionally, I sent the images to the designated email address as suggested.Considering the urgency of my order, as I have an upcoming wedding event at the end of this month, I made multiple attempts to contact your company via phone. However, I was unable to reach a live agent or receptionist to address my concerns. This lack of accessibility is quite disappointing, as I would not have proceeded with my order had I known that live support was not readily available.I would greatly appreciate an update on the status of my order. The website indicated that the process would be fast, but unfortunately, it has not been the case thus far. Therefore, I kindly request a prompt resolution and improved communication regarding the progress of my order. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within a reasonable timeframe, I may consider requesting a full refund and taking my business elsewhere.I trust that you will take my concerns seriously and address them promptly. I value your products and services, and I hope that we can rectify this situation amicably. I look forward to your prompt response.
